So with that in mind when you leave reviews make sure you understand what your reviewing is for what it is. Great staff from the custodial lady (we didn’t catch her name) and to Jean in the front. They’re very communicative and helpful! Traveled with my spouse, child, and two kittens. There is a pet deposit fee but what do you expect when you take your pets. It was quiet and the pool was clean. If we ever have to stay in Marfa Texas again we will stay here.”

105 S Highland Ave, Marfa“What a fantastic place! I've been to Marfa several times, but I finally got the opportunity to stay at this historical hotel. The pool is lovely, the service is exceptional (shoutout to Karla for taking care of my morning coffee addiction!), and the host is gracious and down to earth.
10/10, unparalleled!
Thank you for a wonderful two weeks. The bed was my greatest comfort after long days of devising in the theatre.

Situated in the gateway of a modern frontier, with over 40 rooms to choose from, you’re bound to find one for you. Known as “The most elegant hotel between El Paso and San Antonio”, The Hotel Paisano was built by Charles N. Bassett of El Paso and designed by the famed architect Henry Trost of El Paso in 1930…from the moment we took our first step into the lobby our experience was shaped by the carefully maintained interiors that preserve this great place.””
“Wonderful place to stay while visiting Marfa. Great location, walking distance to everything, nice and quiet. Cute, well appointed mini-apartments with kitchen, living room space, etc. Owners are super responsive and had the opportunity to meet Clark who was passing through while we were there. Lots of Texan hospitality and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Marfa. Will definitely come back!”
