I tried to go there twice and it’s a two hour wait. Also, they make you sit in your Vehicle. I then tried to go to Mustang lube and was weighed off angrily by the technician there like I was interrupting his day.
I found M.E. Gene Johnson garage down the road! I will not be going back to Wingmans or Mustang Lube ever again

I arrived about 1:30. There was only one car getting service and 2 empty bays. Employee tells me that oil change and the inspection would take an hour and forty five minutes. I’m done with this place

Won’t be coming back here again. I came to get my vehicle inspected and the inspector came in with my paperwork when he was finished and gave me this extremely hateful look and wouldn’t even say thank you. He was a 10 on the rude scale. I refuse to support a business with treatment like this.

I have used Wingman for Oil changes and inspections for all of my vehicles for just over a year and have recommended them to many people for quick and courteous service. Unfortunately, that level of service has been dramatically declining lately. I visited about a month ago and was turned away because it was about 40 minutes before they closed and they would not be able to fit me in for an oil change, which is somewhat understandable. Shortly after that, I sent my son to Wingman on another day and he had the same experience so we had to go elsewhere as it could not wait. Today, I needed to get an oil change on another vehicle before a trip so I drove about 40 minutes to Wingman and made sure to arrive over an hour before closing. I waited in a line of two cars for longer than usual and at an hour before closing, someone came out to let me know that they were not taking any new customers. It seems that they are short staffed and only able to see few people even over an hour before closing.
I am providing a two star rating based on past performance and a hope that Wingman can improve their operations in the future. However, for the time being, they appear to be unwilling and/or unable to serve customers within their business hours and this is no longer a place for a quick oil change while you wait in the car and I recommend that you explore one of the other local alternatives.

they didn’t tighten the oil cap and caused all my oil to leak on to the road and my car stopped running. don’t get your oil changed here unless you want to miss work and possibly get into an accident

All of the employees are so kind and go above and beyond. The manager(I believe), Brandon, goes above and beyond every single time I come here for all of the customers. He even went as far as directing an older fellow to an auto shop&calling the auto shop to ensure they understood what he needed. EXCELLENT service!
