I used to love this store but a scenario that played out today dropped that down to a "I'll only go here if I absolutely have to"... You see I went in to pick up a package from the FedEx Drop Desk after seeing it was delivered this morning. Mind you this packages contents was Kidney Transplant Medications so it was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! I went in and the guy behind the counter said it was not there anywhere.. I said it's normally in the refrigerator. Again he says it's not there..Ok fine, so I went outside and called the Hospital Pharmacy that shipped it and asked for a shipping tacking number to see if it indeed was shipped and dropped of, it had just like I was told. So I went in again and told the girl behind the counter who I was and what I was looking for. Then the same guy walks up and says, "I told you it was not here!"... I was like, umm I just saw the tracking number and it said it was dropped off. Again he sternly says "It's NOT HERE!" So I go out and look up the tracking then the 'Proof of Delivery' Slip that said it was dropped off at the front counter and gave me the name of the individual who signed for it. So yet AGAIN I go back inside and see the SAME guy and he says it is there AGAIN! So I said then who is (Told him the Name) and he says he didn't know, right then a girl walks up and says "oh that's (Name) let me go get them" then the guy looks at me disgustingly and says "It's at the Pharmacy!"... umm why is it there if it was FedEx'ed? So I start walking to the pharmacy and I hear a friendly voice say "Hey! We found it!"... I look back and it's an old friend from High School... She walks the box to the counter and says, "just sign here and I'm SO SORRY that this happened" I said it wasn't her fault and asked for the name of the guy who was not the least bit helpful or friendly and she old me, and I said he wasn't the least bit helpful or friendly and she said she would talk to him...Oh, guess where it was.... It was IN THE REFRIGERATOR! Needless to say, after literally FREAKING OUT because of this whole ordeal (Transplant medication remember) I I finally have my meds and I'm home. Just stay on your toes if you have anything delivered here FED Ex... Because who knows what might happen. And a HUGE thank you to Crystal for finding my meds. She's literally a life saver....

The Walgreens in Marble Falls is one of the Best I've had some New Rx and they were able to fill the same day my Dr. wrote them. And after a few days the pharmacist would call a see how that certain medicine was doing. I've had other Walgreens that didn't not care about the customers I just wish that this location was a 24 hrs pharmacy.

Walgreens is always a great place to pop in and get a few things that you need without going to a large grocery store. This Walgreens has a small selection of food items drinks and ice cream. Mostly candies, cookies and chips. The bathrooms are back by the pharmacy and do not require a code. The pharmacy is helpful and offers seasonal flu shots, Covid shots and testing. There's also a photo section where you can still drop off film or have your digital photos printed and pick them up later. The store is clean and is about average for Walgreens in what it carries and what you can get.

Their website states that they offer compounding for pet medications yet when I tried to get them to fill a prescription for my cat they said they do not offer compounding for pet medications. They need to either change their website or actually provide what they offer.

If I could've put zero stars I would have but you have to choose at least one star to leave a review. The medicine pre-pay system has been a nightmare. I pre-paid for my medicine but forgot to tell my mom when she went to pick up my medicine so she used her own card. Well guess what they still charged my card for the pre-pay amount so both me and my mom were charged for the same medication. When I called the store they said they had no record of my pre-pay transaction and to take it up with my bank. When I called my bank they said it was a legitimate transaction. So if you don't mind having 100 if your hard-earned dollars floating around in Walgreen's limbo land then feel free to use their medicine pre-pay system the store won't help my bank can't help taking money from loyal customers is no way to run a business

I just wanted to say thank you to the Marble Falls Walgreens. Today, I decided to go to the doctor after battling a sinus infection on my own for about two months. While I could have gone obviously prior to today, the COVID outbreak made me apprehensive as I did not want to contribute to overloading the medical system and causing further "shelter in place" orders. The doctor I saw today wrote me a prescription for a nasal spray that I own a plethora of already. I went through the drive through at Wal Greens in Marble Falls, as any patriotic COVID surviving American does these days. After picking up the medicine, I went to a parking spot in Wal Greens, realized my insurance charged me $40 for said nasal spray (which is a joke but not relevant to this conversation) and $20 for the antibiotic for a grand total of $60. Despite a pre-COVID policy of "not taking back medicine that has left the pharmacy," the Wal Greens in Marble Falls took back the $40 nasal spray. Kudos to the Marble Falls Walgreens for allowing common sense to triumph over dogma! There is another pharmacy, located in the Bay area, that does not believe in the Bill of Rights. In fact, they called the police on me in a similar situation. Although medical officials possess great power, I think we, as consumer, should buy from companies that promote life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Again, thank you to the Wal Greens in Marble Falls for acting like an American company! You will have my business as long as I live in the High Lakes Area. PS. Other reviews talk about the long wait times. While I concurred a few years ago, I have hardly waited the last few times I went to the store.

So it was time to refill my blood pressure medicine which I automatically do through Walgreens. On Friday afternoon I get an email saying that it is ready for pick up at the Walgreens in Burnet. Come Monday morning I have taken my last blood pressure pill. I show up at the pharmacy that morning and there is a sign that says that they are closed until further notice. Although the email stated it was ready at that pharmacy. So I called the phone number on the window at the pharmacy and Burnet, and it's the phone number to the Walgreens pharmacy in Marble Falls. The automated system tells me my prescription is ready for pick up. I go to Marble Falls Walgreens and my prescription is not ready and they tell me they have to order it, I say OK and leave. I come back the second day in the late afternoon and they tell me it failed to get ordered and they would have to order it again. The young lady tells me that it will be ready by noon the next day. During this time I have made several attempts to call the pharmacy to check on the prescription and waited on the phone for more than 40 minutes each time and never got through and was hung up on once. I show up at Walgreens at 11:30 to pick up my prescription and they told me I have to wait even longer that they have it but it hasn't been processed. I explained it I'm going on day two without my blood pressure medicine and that at least a few pills would be better beneficial than none. Yes at this point I'm frustrated, the lady in the pharmacy is obviously frustrated and angry with my request. Finally when I get around to the window after going in circles several times they tell me that my prescription is $140. I explain that that is too much and how many pills, the lady tells me there are 90 days worth of medication, I explain there's supposed to be only 30 days worth of medication. Now the lady is very frustrated with me and is obviously getting more angry, and it shows. ( understand that my prescription is done the same way in Burnet every time and has been that way for a very long time, I'm told that the prescription was brought over from Burnet to the Walgreens in Marble Falls So as far as I know it should be the same thing I don't know how their system works.) I understand that the staff and pharmacist are under a lot of stress due to the virus and closing a nearby pharmacy. I get that, the problem I have is Walgreens, get it together prepare your people add to your staff and get these things taken care of The issues in society didn't happen yesterday, and i'll bet that closing the pharmacy in Burnet wasn't an immediate process either.

Horrible wait times. Taking people out if line/turn, forcing the rest to wait whike they fill scripts that art ready. Lines 10 to 15 minutes. But very friendly. A pharmacist that makes sure you understand what your taking. Get these folks some help! They are swamped!

I always have loved Walgreens as a Business, but they where gracious enough to give me a job when I moved to Marble falls a little over a year ago. I always happy to see the people I work with.
