Amazing customer service! Richard was very helpful in adding two new lines to my existing plan. The process was quick and easy! Been with verizon for over 8 years and have never had any issues. DEFFF recommend 10/10

Had an issue that resulted in service disruption for several of our phones. We scrambled up from 30 miles away and arrived just before closing. Senior Manager Richard Eldred gave us his full attention and courteously worked to resolve the issue long past store closing hours. Very grateful for Richard and his patience service!

Very helpful. Can't afford to buy one of their deals because Verizon says I have to upgrade my service if I buy a phone from them. My service is OK for me. So I can buy a new phone online and the local office showed me how I can keep my current service AND have a new phone.

I went to the store to get help with my phone and after a fairly long period they figured out I was on prepaid and were unwilling to help anymore. Will never buy anything from them if I need to.

Not going back. The employees don’t want to do anything but refer you to other sources for help. I even asked to upgrade my phone and was told not to. My phone breaks up during all calls whether I’m home or driving. I took it to Austin and they replaced it because the speaker was bad and the new one is still doing it. Very aggravating.

Julie the Assistant Manager was very kind, very kind, great personality & engaged. Stayed very patient with me even after the school hours was closed & got me through to financial services & my account restored. 100% recommend her/this store. ?

Julia the manager deserves 5 stars...I came in desperate to go over my bill and needed help getting it lowered. She looked my account over and helped me get it to a manageable amount. So happy!

I haven't had a poor experience at this Verizon....ever. I always dread upgrading/getting a new phone/etc. because my experiences at other locations have just been awful. I upgraded my husband's phone and did everything on the app and picked his up curbside here. It took all of 30 seconds to go in, pick it up, and leave. It was amazing and everyone was super nice. And then, a few weeks later, I upgraded mine. I'm a photo fanatic and have a ton of stuff on my phone, so I was terrified and feared a huge ordeal and super long process. I ordered my upgrade and shipped it to my house. Took care of the transfer/etc. on my own time in my house (MUCH better than an in-person experience in my opinion) and then went in to the store today to give them my trade-in device. It took 3 minutes, the woman who helped me was extremely nice, and I got everything I needed and the whole experience took 5 minutes total. :)

Took my 91-year old mom to get a new iPhone. I was dreading the whole experience because she still had an 8 (with the button) and she did not want to upgrade. But MATT was amazing and made the entire process easy and “painless”. Thank you, Matt, for your patience, kindness and knowledge.

If I could give no stars I would. General staff is great, the business manager will never help you to resolve anything business related and always dodge your calls and emails. I've dealt with Verizon in other places and had a great experience. Just whoever deals with business management and the new internet boxes are all scaming people and all my experience have been documented and already being sent to the better business office. Don't do anything business or internet through these guys

Great service today 4/21/23. Julia and Renee at Marble Falls location were VERY helpful and pleasant. I had been putting off going in since last time I was in this location employees were NOT/abit rude. The location now is customer friendly/helpful. Will recommend to others. Nancy
