Lady at the front desk doesn't want to help at all, and has an attitude as soon as you walk in the door. Continuously told me that they are a franchise and the box that was delivered with a giant hole was not their fault. Didn't want to help me. I asked her why I needed to pay for another box when they didn't have a problem delivering it messed up. She just said that they didn't deliver it and that the driver will not take it that way. I will go out of my way to avoid this UPS store from now on.

Absolute joke of a business, staff is always rude. Stay far away for your shipping needs. Cannot stress enough how poor their customer service is.

We were not from the area but needed to drop off a package! The workers are rude as hell, especially the big man ordering everyone around even the customers! We wanted to make sure our package was good to go and wanted to print out a label, in which the printer wasn’t working so we understood but the man said it would be fine and that it was good to go when our label can barely be seen. They scanned it in front of us. We left from the area and it has not been shipped since, it’s been 3 weeks. DO NOT GIVE YOUR TIME TO THIS STORE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE MOST HORRIBLE I HAVE EVER SEEN AND HOPE UPS CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE OLD WOMAN AND TALL BIG MAN! UPS phone customer service isn’t helping at all either, it’s better to get your items shipped through FEDEX or somewhere else.

The short haired older woman who is in charge at this store is completely rude and unprofessional. The employees were extremely rude to my girlfriend who was helping me return an Amazon item. We are filing a complaint with Amazon corporate, the BBB, and will leave 2 star reviews everywhere that we can in hopes that other people don't have to be treated like absolute garbage. She should he ashamed and embarrassed for how she behaved to your customers and staff. Avoid this store. You would do netter driving to San Antonio or Austin.

I have never written a bad review. I like to write how great a service has been. However, in this situation I have no choice but to write a "bad review"The service at this store is absolutely the worst service I've experienced in a very long time! Extremely unhelpful, basically worthless.The older women with short hair has an awful attitude. Clearly she doesn't like her job and it's obvious.Don't waste your time and money at this store. There are clearly zero customer values.If I could give less than one star I would.Interestingly enough,I walked out and another customer said she's had awful service here and only came because of time constraints,and was once again disturbed by the lack of service we expect from UPS.I went down the road 20 miles to get gas on my way home. I mentioned my disastrous encounter at this UPS store. The lady at the gas station laughed and said she too has had awful service here and told me where to go next time.As a franchise,I'm sure they have to comply with UPS rules in some way. Here they obviously don't. I'd be ashamed if this was my establishment I'd worked hard for.I gather the owners are aware of the bad reviews but don't change. What a shame.Again, go down the road to another shipping service, because this one is worthless.

If you have an Amazon return, be 100% if the QR code reads "Customer Packed" beneath the code that you pack the return in UPS-acceptable packaging or else you'll be charged an arm and a leg for overpriced packaging in the store. And be prepared to stand in line for a while.

I was returning a package to Amazon and the two older ladies both with black shirts on were very rude and unfriendly. I will look for another place to go.

I thought the staff was friendly but I just needed to fax some papers and since I needed both sides faxed they said I had to make copies of the back of everything and that was kind of confusing for me. The price was outrageous at $2 a page and I had twenty seven pages so it was expensive. Next time I will mail them instead of paying that price. I did get 15% off but it was still too much. I had other papers to fax but I decided to mail them because it was a lot cheaper.

I went in to mail an Amazon return & also purchase a box to mail other things. The man working was so rude & short with everyone in the store. No manners, no kindness, nothing but ordering people to do this or that. I didn't even stay to buy my box. I'll go elsewhere for that. I may even drive to leander or cedar park to go to a UPS store from now on. Kindness goes a long ways!

I am not from this area and went to return a couple Amazon orders- lady with short hair was very short with me and told me, “UPS will not return my item!” I explained it was in the box it came in. I ended up paying an extra 8 bucks so it could be returned- no big deal! What bothers me? The way she talked down to me and didn’t explain herself and got worked up over nothing. I need to pay extra? Tell me and let’s work out a solution. I let her know that she needs to explain herself and I don’t appreciate her being rude! She may get away with talking to others the way she does but she met a woman today that will match her energy!-Not a doormat

Everyone is nice except the older gentleman- he always makes u feel like ur a nuisance when u bring in an Amazon return. He even says things out loud, like it doesn’t bring the store enough income to be doing it… what also doesn’t bring income is poor customer service and making ur customers second guess wether or not they should come into the store….
