Dan was actually in line at Auto Zone where I was buying a battery for a friend who had come to visit and was listening to a conversation about a battery purchase I was making and just happened to mention that I was buying the wrong battery. Not only did he get me the correct battery, when I asked him if his shop was open (it was a Saturday afternoon) so we could get it installed, he said "no, not really open today, but follow me down there (to O'Malley's) and I'll put it in for you". Wow. Then he tried to not even take payment from us. I will be back.”

“Mercedes Benz saw fit to put the battery under the front passenger seat. I have changed many batteries, but if I attempted this one, it would have been many hours of cursing under my breath, so I left it to the PROs, and I’m glad I did. They had it fixed in a couple of hours. This will be my go-to garage for any future auto issues. Thank you.”
