Had to hire a different moving company because they never showed up or called for my scheduled move. And I have not been able to get ahold of them, and they haven't replied to my email.

Highly recommend! These are some truly honest, reliable, & professional movers. They took such care with our furniture that I recommended them for my son's move next month. No question. They will not disappoint. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

I called to confirm a move I booked 4 weeks ago with Reed's. They have no record of it and now can't do it 2 days out. I talked to Sharon when I booked it. Sharon hung up on me today. Never ever use this company! Also, it took them 2 days to return the phone call to book the move. Only after my packer, Stacey Leal, texted someone at the company to get me a returned call. Stacey was here with me when I booked the move and is my witness this happened. Jessica, None of what you just said is true. You may remember Stacey Leal texted you that I was trying to book this move 4 weeks ago. Sharon called me shortly thereafter and said they had some things they had planned to do in the office on the 12th but she would go ahead and book me first thing on the 12th. Why would I make any of this up??? When people have to move on a certain date, they schedule things. And I did not verbally assault her. I simply said "I can't believe you are screwing me on this!" You are in the wrong here and should remember Stacey getting involved to help me get this booked! This is the poorest example of a business ever!

I use Reeds for all my local moving needs. Moving is stressful and overwhelming, but it does not have to be. The team at Reeds is very responsive to customer needs. They offer very affordable and professional moving service. Very hard working team. They answer the phones and call you back which is super helpful and refreshing. Golden Genie Organizing LLC recommends Reeds Moving and Storage Inc.

Reed's was scheduled to move my 89-year-old mother Friday, Oct. 22. They did not show up, so after waiting until way past their scheduled time of arrival we called. The first time we left a call-back number on the recording, which they never called back. We called again and someone answered. They said that everyone had come down with flu and couldn't work. I find it very strange that "everyone" came down with flu on the same Friday, and that they were not able to notify my mother that they would not be fulfilling the contract. She had already arranged to have her electric, cable, and internet transferred on that day. This left her in a very bad situation with everything closing for the weekend. Fortunately, we were able to find another moving company to move her on Saturday, but they had to come from Round Rock, and it cost her double the agreed-upon price from Reed's. Horrible way to treat a senior citizen or anyone else.

Reed’s moving and storage did a great job for us. The furniture was big and heavy. Not a scratch on anything. Using them again next week.

D J, Shane, and Cody moved some very large and heavy pieces of furniture up some very narrow and steep stairs with a great deal of pivoting and plotting and everything arrived safely with no scratches. (to include schleping a cast iron bathtub into my backyard so that I can have an okra patch) Great job guys!

Reed Moving and Storage movers were very careful with my furniture. They took longer than expected because they only had two movers instead of the usual three. The company was quickly responsive, apologetic, and they made things right. This is a company that is true to their word. I highly recommend.
