only reviewing for feline related help. our cats were treated so poorly, even before their shots. they were getting scowled at & talked bad about before they were even met. it made us so sad. when our cats were finished, they seemed to be very traumatized. ? they were not their regular selves, we will probably not end up here again.

I got two female dogs fix today. I want to thank everyone at Pet Pals so much. For the love that they showed to my dogs. They went out of there way to make sure that my dogs nails was cut. Give good after care instruction.

Great place very friendly and helpful, I took a young what I thought was a male cat to be neutered turned out to be a young and pregnant female they spayed her and terminated the young pregnancy as well as distemper and rabies vaccines all for $100 thus place is a God send and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone anytime thanks petpals yall saved my day!!!!

Mine story is sad but Pet Pals was not at fault. My beloved 4 month old cat Ruby passed away while she was being spade. She had a bad reaction to the anesthesia and passed away on the table. That can happen to any pet. My older cat was spade there a few years ago and everything was great. They have a great staff and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. RIP Ruby.

Took a feral indoor outdoor cat they mutilated her earcut offoverhave her ear because the vet got mad because I asked to only lightly tip. It with a small check now most her ears missing
