“I cannot express how grateful i am for these guys at Mustang Lube. I unfortunately had a battery problem, which is a simple fix, but for someone who doesn’t even know where to find the engine i thought my car broke. I had to go directly after work to their parking lot around 7 am before they opened and sit there because I had just jumped my car and I was afraid it would conk out again. Right at open I witnessed an unhappy man very heatedly getting upset with the manager (who i wish i had the name of he was awesome) right at the start of opening. Not a nice start to anyone’s day, but everyone was so kind and accommodating to the unhappy person, then just as much to me, as i was literally eating my fingers in a chair thinking i was going to have to sacrifice my leg to pay for like a new engine or something. He never said anything to even make it seem like this interaction at the VERY start of his day bothered him because he helped me understand what was wrong by explaining how a battery works and gave me directions on what to do and how to fix it as cheap and easy as possible. Kudos to the manager because that takes so much self discipline to do within an hour of clocking in. I cannot thank these people enough, they were kind enough to not overcharge me for my ignorance and helped me understand what was happening in idiots terms which is so appreciated. Thank y'all so much, no idea how much that means!!”

“Nice place and office staff. They provide you a Service Check List after the work is completed. Based on the fact that the technician did not reset the oil change indicator nor did he fill the windshield washer fluid, I have no faith in the fact that he did anything else on the check list that he said he did. The $15 discount is a joke as they are not competitive even after you subtract $15. Don't go there!Shortly after my review, I was contacted by the manager. He was genuinely concerned. I have had a similar job where your business's reputation is based on the service received by the customer. I suspect he will have a conversation with his technicians. And by the way, he offered a free oil change to encourage me to give them another try which I will. Based on his response, I have changed my review from one star to five.”

“Just got my tires changed here and the service was excellent. Jesus and Ethan were really helpful. I had an issue with my tpms and Jesus took care of it for me quickly. I always choose this Walmart over the S. Mopac location because they're 1000 times nicer here.”
