Just discovered this place! They do jewelry repairs! I have a beautiful turquoise bracelet that was given to me and lost one stone out of it and I found out they can fix it for me!They also buy and sell Silver and Gold. There are display cases of gorgeous pieces already made and loose and can make custom jewelry.I'm going back real soon!✌️??

I came in and had what I thought was a simple request. To replace a battery on a Swiss Army watch. He (Don I think is his name) opened the watch up and I guess didn’t anticipate what replacing the battery entailed got really frustrated. He had an issue with the way it was set up. Understandable at this point. He kept losing the screw that secured the battery and getting frustrated to the point where it made me uncomfortable with him doing the battery change. Like slamming things and getting loud. At this point I wanted to just take my watch and leave. He accused me of being offensive, rude and rushing him. I’m a rational and laid back person who’s worked in various facets of customer service my whole life so I always consider others feelings. This guy was completely rude to me. I won’t even consider doing business with him again. In the end he replaced my battery for free but he left out a screw that I have to worry about replacing now.

I had an engagement ring customized here! Don was very helpful and kind! He walked me through every step of the process and was very paitence. Highly recommend going here if you need anything customized or need anything to be looked at! He also is very honest and his pricings are very reasonable! Very great business he has going!?
