“The staff is GREAT. They make sure everything is understood clearly. Also, they do all of the paperwork and whatever it takes to get everything set, from billing insurance, to communication with the doctors and more. So friendly and helpful. Very kind and understanding when caregivers come in at their wit's end getting last minute supplies. If a problem arises with their equipment, they will send someone to your home very quickly, even at all hours of the day and night, to ensure a patient doesn't lose their access to oxygen, etc. 24/7 at no charge. I can't recommend them enough. Very pleased.”
“I went yesterday and picked up my CPAP. Oliva and Alicia showed me the equipment and how to use. They were excellent in explaining and being patient. When we get older it sometimes takes awhile to understand. Randi was very personal and got me in right away . I was so impressed with what the manager Ian did when we had a winter storm and everything was shut down and no one could get out. A person needed oxygen and the only that would help her was Ian. He came in and got it for the person. They are a company that wants to help patients in need. Kudos to you all.”
