Went in for an Oil Change and specified the type of oil I needed. They told me that my vehicle would only use full synthetic and wanted to charge me $120.00 for an oil change. I check with the manufactures specs. and they were incorrect. Tried to rip me off. Strange since I was the only customer at the shop. Wander why.

This organization used to be very well structured and customer driven. Well , not anymore. I run two companies with fleets of trucks and a family owned mechanic shop now has all my business. History with Kwik Kar now Speedy Lube:1. They forgot to put oil in one of our trucks after an oil change.2. We had one of our trucks in for an oil change and somehow the next day the motor blew. Turns out the oil filter has never been changed since they have been servicing the vehicle and they put the wrong oil in it. They said they would help us with the labor cost installing a new motor. Lol are you insane !!!3. The inspection guy I guess only showed up to work when he wanted to.Do yourself a solid and go to Wingman or Colonial auto for vehicle services !!!!

Nice place and office staff. They provide you a Service Check List after the work is completed. Based on the fact that the technician did not reset the oil change indicator nor did he fill the windshield washer fluid, I have no faith in the fact that he did anything else on the check list that he said he did. The $15 discount is a joke as they are not competitive even after you subtract $15. Don't go there!Shortly after my review, I was contacted by the manager. He was genuinely concerned. I have had a similar job where your business's reputation is based on the service received by the customer. I suspect he will have a conversation with his technicians. And by the way, he offered a free oil change to encourage me to give them another try which I will. Based on his response, I have changed my review from one star to five.

Wish I could leave NEGATIVE STARS!! I pulled into this location today with a grocery list of services needed for my car. Unfortunately, I was on the phone with a patient in crisis (I'm a hospice nurse) and couldn't be interrupted, so I stopped my car at the back of the lot to finish my call. At least 2 people were trying to wave me to pull up, even though I was not in the way of anyone. I kept signaling for them to wait, but they continued. Finally they gave up. When I finished my call, I pulled up to the shop for assistance. Crickets. I was being ignored. I got out of my car and walked up toward the lobby when a stocky, older bald guy yelled from the shop, "You're gonna have to wait a minute NOW!" as though I had somehow done something to him. It was rude, so when I called him out on it, he doubled down. I said, "NOW? What's that supposed to mean?" I explained that I was trying to be respectful by finishing my call at the back of the lot. He mentioned something about losing my place in line, which clearly I wasn't worried about. His behavior was bizarre and very unprofessional as he talked over me and would not let me speak. When I told him he was rude, he said, "If you want to bark at me, you can just leave!" LEAVE?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I thought, YOU WERE RUDE AND NOW YOU'RE KICKING ME OUT?!? I asked for his name and he said, "Puddin' Tang!" I said, "No seriously, what's your name?" and he proceeded to tell me to leave again! I asked if he was the manager and he said, "Yes." He absolutely refused to give me his name or the name of HIS manager. I left and went down the road to Wingman Oil Change Center for my oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. Although they can't do my transmission flush that I also need, the very nice attendant recommended another local shop that can. SpeeDee lost a lot of money from me today and that rude "manager" (if you want to call him that) desperately needs to find another job.

Customer Service is horrible. Called twice with no answer and pulled up to no cars in the parking lot nor the bay. The worker instantly started asking for the key to the truck before my boyfriend could even finish what he was saying. one of the workers accelerated way harder than he should’ve when exiting the bay and then had a hard time pulling it around the front. When i made a comment about it the other worker claimed he’s never driven a truck with wheels like that. It’s understandable to an extent, but i’m a girl driving the truck and still managed to drive it responsibly. I feel as if they had no respect towards my truck and were just excited to drive it. Other than that we walked out to windshield wiper fluid dripping out of my truck which has never been an issue with my truck before. They came out after seeing us look at it and claimed that it started doing that when they poured windshield wiper fluid in. Even if they weren’t the cause of that happening it still would’ve been nice to know instead of just letting it leak everywhere. As soon as we got in the truck we noticed my trucks temperature gauge was way off. When we went in there wasn’t any issues with my truck and all of the gauges were completely perfect. Now it says my truck is sitting at 260 when it’s actually sitting at 210. Luckily we know what to do and how to replace it but how do you mess that up? We went in with nothing wrong and just needing a standard oil change and now we have other things to deal with. Normally we do our oil changes ourself but we’re just visiting from out of town, not only we’re they the only place open but we have had service done by them before and loved it. The workers we’re different but that shouldn’t change business. Definitely don’t recommend this place and won’t ever be coming be coming back. We now have a 4 hour drive home before we can get my truck fixed.Service: Oil change

Show up for an inspection. No acknowledgment from any one. All the bays are empty. One worker talking on his cell outside. Two other halfwits standing in a empty bay telling jokes. Just had to leave after meandering around for 10 minutes. What a joke this place is.

Great, really speedy service for my synthetic oil change. I wouldn't particularly call this place friendly but they did efficient work, checking and topping off all my other fluids as necessary in addition to the oil change. The facility was clean and basic. I didn't feel like anyone special here but I felt the facility, service and cleanliness were all top notch.

Called before going in to ask if there's a long wait for an oil change. Assured there was not. Got there & was 3rd in line to pull into the bay. It took ONE HOUR to finally get an "oil change."Pulled out of the bay, only to hear the car making strange sounds. Drove to the front of building, & upon inspection, THEY DRAINED THE TRANSMISSION FLUID!!!!! It took ANOTHER HOUR for them to replace the transmission fluid & actually do the oil change.THIS PLACE RUINED THE TRANSMISSION!!! Had to buy a new car & will only get services done at the dealership after this expensive screw-up!DO NOT RECOMMEND!

WOW have not had this GOoD of service in a long time. Got an oil change , inspection, and Free car wash in under 30 minutes. The employees were SO nice. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in for a second time, after I had repaired what I was told last time need to be repaired, and the inspector was very rude. I understand there are rules and guidelines and I will gladly follow those but for the inspector to speak to me in such a rude and disrespectful manner is not ok. To make matters worse as I was driving off he continued to yell at me and said “I didn’t realize you were a state inspector”. First time and last using this facility. Oil change is everything but speedy. 1.5 hrs. They didn't replace my skid plate and wouldn'taccept responsibility. Since moving to Marble Falls a year ago, I have taken all of my family's vehicles to Speedee for Oil Changes, inspection etc. Last week, I had my wife's car in for an Oil Change and got great service from all of the staff. The pricing is fair and competitive. Had I written this review last week it would have been 5 stars. That was then, this is now.I went in this morning about 8:15 to get the oil changed in my Expedition. There was a car waiting to be pulled into the inspection bay but the oil change bays were vacant. I pulled up to the bay closest to the office and waited for someone to guide me in. I waited and waited and waited and waited. I could see two employees talking by a computer and a customer sitting in the waiting area. One of the employees glanced my way so I thought he would come out and either guide me in or explain the delay. He did neither. At this time I had been waiting between 5 and 7 minutes.I put a timer on my phone for one minute and renewed it 4 times with no acknowledgement from the staff so the 5th time the timer counted down, I left and went down the street. That's too bad, as I now have an alternative that is closer to my home and competitive on pricing. I may still use Speedee as I was happy with the services prior to this, but will be even less patient in the future.I understand that the employees could have been dealing with an urgent issue, but simply sticking your head out the door acknowledging the delay, and giving me a timeframe would have gone a long way to keeping a formerly satisfied customer.Services: Vehicle Inspection
