Easy transaction! Made an offer based on the internet price with a good discount. Drove down, met with Dustin and his sweet mustache/mullet, spent about 90 min-2 hours at dealership including a test drive. Wrote a check and left. Zero pressure in finance office, I'm blanking on the girls name who was in the front corner office but she was the ideal FM. Dustin was sure to plug in the car for a few more kW to get me home to Fort Worth.

The buying experience for our 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara was first rate! I have purchased innumerable cars over my time and this purchase ranks up with some of the best experiences I have had. I actually spent months looking for the perfect car for my wife's age is very particular. Starting with Cami, who sold us the car, I found her to be very personable, a good listener to our desires in a car, and great follow-through on any concerns that we had. Make sure to ask for Cami! We were helped with other people such as Meagan and Marisol in finance who helped me to find a better loan than what I was approved for already. Finally when we did receive the car, we found a big issue that came up later. We immediately received a call from Jean Baker, one of the managers, who assured us that they stood behind their cars and would make everything right. The issue was taken care of and my wife is happy with her car. I would highly recommend this dealership. They have quality people that you can feel comfortable with.

I recently purchased a new car from Johnson Sewell Ford. JR helped us and he did a great job. Went over everything slowly and thoroughly for me , and spent as much time as I needed , answering questions .It was a great experience and nice dealing locally . ❤️

I asked about a truck that showed to be in stock and told them I was as coming to look at it. Drove 45 minutes to be told they sold it and basically it was my fault because I didn’t make an appointment. I could tell that he really didn’t care about earning my business. I will not be back and very disappointed.

Finally received the 2 Mavericks that were ordered in September of 2022. The little trucks are wonderful. They were detailed and full of gas for pick-up. Very pleased with the Olin, who gave us excellent sales support during the the long wait and buying process. The gals over in parts and accessories were very attentive for our window tinting add-ons to the trucks. The finance manager had us in and out in 10 minutes. We've been buying from the dealership for 15 years and will continue to do so.

Nicest Ford Dealership in the US! We travel and haul a 5r all over the country so it's important to keep everything on the super duty running smoothly. This was my first experience here and I found them to be prompt, professional, courteous, clean and relaxing - just ask "Orbit" he slept on the floor in the Lincoln lounge while I worked quietly from a comfy leather chair ;-) Special thanks to Sharlotte for her help with my rain guards! This place is my personal favorite - we hope to be back when in town again soon!

I had Johnson Sewell Ford take care of a recall on my Mustang. I haven't had such great customer service since before the pandemic. They not only picked up my car (I'm an hour away) they brought it back freshly washed. I couldn't have been more thrilled. It's been a long time since I've had a dealer go the extra mile.

We had a wonderful experience with Cami. She is a very pleasant sales associate and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car. The only thing I would change is that I was not told that the new cars don't have CD players. It would have saved a lot of frustration after trying to figure out how to play a CD. Other than that, I love the new Nautilus and appreciated Cami.

My husband and I were in the market for a third row vehicle for our family. We found a vehicle online that was located at Johnson Sewell Ford that we wanted to check out. We called them within an hour if us arriving to see if the car was available. Not only was it available, they pulled it up and had it ready for us to check out. Everything about our car buying process was lovely. They were all so wonderful to work with. I can not recommend this place enough. No sales tactics, no slimy salespeople, no added costs if it’s not something you want. Just good people selling good cars. Give them a try. Also, our sales consultant JR was wonderful!

Horrible experience. It took us over a month to get an issue resolved, they made us sit for more than 3 hours to get truck worked on only to let us know they didn’t even have the part, we weren’t effectively communicated with, and the attitude of the entire staff was that we just had to deal with it. We live 35 minutes outside of town and had to make the trip into town more than once with nothing getting resolved. A mobile service came out to fix one issue and left us with 2 more, making us schedule another appointment and at said appointment turned us away again because they couldn’t fix it. We understand issues being outside of people’s control like parts being back-ordered/faulty/etc - but we have a hard time understanding when multiple mistakes are made and they schedule us for appointments and we get told more than once “sorry we can’t fix it today”. We waisting hours, miles, and money to use this Ford location with no one trying to fix the issue. We will never use this location again

Couldn’t recommend Johnson Sewell enough!! The entire process was so easy and smooth. Jim was absolutely wonderful to work with and I never felt pressured. Megan in finance explained everything and was so nice. This was by far the easiest transaction I’ve ever had in buying in a vehicle. We will definitely be returning customers!

Scheduled service online for my (Ford) car for a whining noise at around 50 mph and a safety recall. Had to book weeks in advance (must be busy, good sign!). After they got it, it took about a week for their "transmission guy" to get to it. He came back with a diagnosis of failure of a transmission bearing. No specifics were given, but supposedly this was confirmed by DTC with a scanner. Of course, I'd already scanned with multiple OBD scanners and found no codes whatsoever, and no trouble lights were illuminated on the dash. Car still seemed to drive just fine, no changes to fuel efficiency, no weird lurching or issues with acceleration, shifting into gear, etc.The only remedy offered was a swap of the transmission with a remanufactured one. The quoted cost for this was almost double the high end estimate from a quick Google search (and more than triple the value of the car). I declined, paid my fee for the "diagnostic", and picked up my car. At least they fixed my recall issue - I mean I think they did. The service report they gave me, which was VERY light on actual details of findings, says they did, but I got at least 4 automated texts from the dealership in the following weeks stating the recall was still open. The last one came in about 3 weeks after picking up my car, so either they forgot to update some info, or actually didn't do it. Got another diagnostic done at Aamco in Austin. Within an hour and a half, the technician returned confirming no stored trouble codes and no abnormal sounds coming from the transmission, as verified by a stethoscope and test drive. Technician noted an alignment issue that was causing abnormal wear on tires. (No mention of this in my JS service report, by the way). Also took the time to show me the evidence on my tires, talk more about the use of the stethoscope, what he was listening for, etc., and even recommended a place right around the corner their customers had had good experiences with for alignments. All of this at no charge! (I'll be writing that review shortly). I also asked for a ballpark estimate for a transmission replacement for my car, just in case it was needed in the future. While he prefaced his answer with "The cost of parts/full transmissions isn't static", but that it would likely cost roughly in the range I'd Googled earlier, after receiving Johnson Sewell's quote of nearly double. That was seemingly too good to be true, so I had a third shop give me a diagnosis. Same thing: no codes, no indication the transmission is failing, alignment issue. I paid less than half of JS's diagnostic fee for this.The ONE good thing I can say is that my service rep at JS did a great job of keeping communication open and letting me know status almost daily, which is more than I can say about other dealership service depts I've dealt with.Thankfully all they got from me over this was a diag fee, but I'd recommend steering clear of JS MF service for anything outside of (very) basic car maintenance jobs if you value your time and money. They seem to be more apt to try and sell you a car if anything potentially more complicated comes up.
