This is THE PLACE you need to be doing all of your UPS, Fedx, Post Office shipments. Plenty of room, nice staff and NO lines. This used to be JB's. They are in the same building on 281 just around the corner facing side street. Don't waste your energy and stress with the other options in Marble Falls.

There was another mailing business we would use down in Austin, but since moving up here we have been looking for something local when we came across Mail Box Office.Every so often, I have multiple packages to mail out and at the business I used to frequent, it was very simple. So, it was a pleasant surprise to find a local store with the same great service. There was parking right in front of the store so if you have a lot of packages, you won't have far to walk. I don't know if they have a cart you can use if you have several package or large packages.I had seven packages all going to different places that the lady working had to enter all the information. However, as fast as you can tell her, she will put the information in! Although it was seven different locations, she was extremely fast about it and she told me all the different shipping options I had from quickest to least expensive. They also have packing supplies and work with all shipping carriers from what we could see. When the lady started to help us, a number of other people came in and were waiting in line. I felt bad about the others having to wait, but the lady helping me just kept on going. The people waiting were nice but I was just so pleased the woman helping me didn't stop to go and help the others like might happen in some other businesses. She was going to help me until my order was complete.I love businesses that you can rely upon and act professionally. I saw they also have a Notary, do passport photos, faxing, document shredding and much more. I'm very happy to have found this business so I don't have to drive all the way down to Austin and there is no question, this is my "go-to" place for all shipping and mailing needs.

Super rude counter ladies! Like exceptionally rude too. I thought my first experience might have just been a fluke as I stopped in thinking it was one of the UPS stores I could do an Amazon return at, well I quickly found out when I caught some serious attitude from the lady as she disrespectfully snarked that this was not the place for that. Alrighty then. Today I needed to send back some boots via FedEx and already had them packaged with the return label attached and everything and the printer ran out of paper and the older woman went to get more and the younger came and printed me off something that merely had a tracking number on it. I simply needed one of the actual proof of drop off receipts as these were 400 dollar boots I was returning. She was Miserable person to say the least. Glad to learn there's a FedEx in Walmart too. I will definitely go there from now on.

Horrible hours. Manager rude AF. Expensive, and for zero reason. I'm switching to UPS for my mailbox.
