“The customer service of 281Internet is outstanding! In the past when we have had a problem, either Turner, Darren or Adison have responded very quickly but the attention we received last night prompted me to want to write this review. Yesterday our electric company needed to change our some electrical wires to our house so the power was off for a couple of hours. I got home around 4:30 and was unable to connect to the Internet. After trying everything I knew to do I texted 281. Since it was late in the day I thought I might not hear back until this morning. Shortly thereafter Tim from 281 texted me. For the next 2 hours he patiently worked with me in trying different options until I was able to reconnect about 7:30. They really do take care of their customers. Ed Denman”

“I didn't have WiFi for 2 days. Something had come loose at the poles. I was happy the technician knew just what to do. He not only made sure the WiFi was working properly but checked that my devices were connected and running before his departure.”
