THE WORST BANK EVER. I truly believe this used to be an amazing bank for many years. I’m not sure what has been going on but I have had the WORST customer service every single time I visit in the past several months. There a young Hispanic women working there that should definitely not keep her job. She is so rude and has no business working in customer service. I will be canceling my account. I reached out to a few friends who also bank here and they have the same experience with this women.. I hope they make a change before they lose every customer in the area.

Terrible bank!!! I don’t recommend this bank to anyone. I was told there would be a 2 day hold on my paychecks if I hand delivered them. Nope is like a 5 day hold!!! So I called and asked about this and they were rude and didn’t care if they lost customers. I will be closing my account as soon as the holds are lifted. BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

They didn’t have 18,000 of my money in cash today that I needed to make a deal on a tractor from an individual then called me 6 times today asking me where I got my money and what I was going to do with MY money that I was with drawing . I am not making this up. I told them I want all my money in the morning and I was closing my accounts 1 hour later they called me and said they were closing my accounts and would give me a cashiers check, I ask them why would I except a cashiers check from someone that can’t give me my money in cash.

I would give less than 1 star if that was an option. Went to withdraw 18,000 cash today because the person I'm buying a tractor from wants cash IBC did not have the cash and ask if I would come back tomorrow I said yes even though it might mess up my deal, since I've left the bank this morning I've receive 6 phone calls wanting to know what I'm going to do with the cash, this is none of there business to make a long story short they are forcing me to take a cashiers check and closing my accounts because I ask for 18,000 of my money and would not tell them what I was going to do with my money.

Had to to a least rate it a 1 star but officially I would rate it a ZERO if possible or even a negative number. I only started banking here out of convience because if the location but actually it has been nothing but an inconvenience. Every time I really needed to rely on this establishment for banking needs I've had a huge problem and it didn't work out. Would have never thought of a bank that would be worst than Wells Fargo but now I have....IBC

If I could give no stars I would I tried to turn a check into a cashiers check the lady at the desk was very rude and was demanding that it was $25 when I called and was told that it was only 10 asked to speak with management she said that she was a supervisor and that there is nothing that she could do I said well maybe there needs to be retraining she was rolling her eyes and walking away very unprofessional

I love my bank! I’ve never had a single problem and was even credited for an overdraft fee :) Online banking app is awesome and never an issue with that either.

They have out a Trillin dollar hold on my account twice within 1 week and haven’t called me about it the first time they fixed it and the second time which is now I called at noon to tell them and they called me at 2 and told me they were still working on it and have yet to contact me back about it it’s like they just left it alone and went home to caring that I have bills that need to be paid and a child to take care of

Th staff is simply not helpful. No one has an answer, they only point fingers and says its not them. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. Please take note of the past reviews and DO NOT bank here, it is a colossal waste of time!

This bank is by far, the slooooowest bank I have ever dealt with. Jeez..you're the only car in drive thru and would still take 20mins or so for a regular deposit transaction. Seriously. It is so inconvenient. Imagine if there's 2 cars. Bring a pillow and take a nap? Ridiculous!
