The pool is being cleaned quite as often as it should, creating a mosquito problem. 1st-floor apartments, near the pool, are inundated with
mosquitoes and management is not responsive to the problem. Mosquitoes breed with stagnant water, standing for at least 7 days. This is a health hazard but the management doesn't seem to care. No matter the problem, management must look into this now. My 90-year-old father lives here and has asked them several times to please respond and they haven't been the least bit kind or pleasant. this is very disturbing! This is a health hazard!

I just finished my first year at The Homestead and loved it so much I’ve decided to stay after originally planning to leave the Marble Falls area. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are immaculate and the staff is amazing. Any maintenance issues have been immediately resolved with kindness and consideration. The property manager Lauren has been extremely helpful throughout both my lease processes and made things clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to live in a safe, beautiful and quiet neighborhood where you’re taken care of like family.

Best spot in town quite clean and relaxed vibes here. The apartment manager Lauren is phenomonal, repair done asap when rarely needed.

The Homestead at Mormon Mill is a beautiful place to live. The apartments are well kept and so is the property. The property manager was more than accommodating and helpful during my transition here. It’s definitely a beautiful place to live.

My family and I have been living here for a little over a month, and we love this community! When we were in the process of finding our new place to call home, Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with; she was quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to give us information about the Marble Falls community and school district. Because of her, we felt right at home and knew this was the place for us. I have never had such excellent customer service in all the times we have moved (being a former military family, we have moved a lot). What sets this property apart from others is the attention to detail. The landscaping is beautiful, the pool is modern and always clean, and the dog park and washing station are perfect for dog owners. On top of all that, the apartments are fantastic. We honestly could not be happier!

I honestly can say that I LOVE IT here. I moved back in July of this year (2023) and I was welcomed with open arms. The apartments are SUPER beautiful, the facilities are just as wonderful and function well. I have NEVER had to turn in a noise complaint of any sorts because neighbors are always so quite. It is definitely a wonderful and safe place to live.

I have been a resident at Homestead at Mormon Mill Apartments for over a year. Lauren and her staff are top notch. They are all professional, courteous and best of all friendly.It’s a joy to run into Lauren around the complex. She always has a smile and a pleasant greeting. Lauren truly makes it feel like a family atmosphere.Thank you Lauren a a staff for the hard work and long hours you all put in to make it feel like home.

This is my first experience of living in an apartment community. From the first day we visited the property and still to present day the staff have been amazing. The staff have always been available for emergencies and concerns. They do an exceptional job on keeping it clean and maintained. So glad we found this place!

Love love love! Been here since 2020 and I made the correct decision to call this place home. Neighbors are so sweet. People that work here are friendly. I feel safe walking my dog late at night or super early in the morning. Best part is Lauren! She’s the best. Any time I’ve ever had an issue or question she has responded so fast and gotten things handled asap. She’s the reason I chose this complex to move to. Before even moving here she responded to all of my emails and questions with patience and was so sweet to me during the lease and move in process. I’m moving out of the area, but If I ever moved back I would come back here if she’s still here. Oh and the apartment was awesome!
