A dump. Dirty don't stay there. Especially the building on side street. Did not stay, visiting friend. Very unsecured
tenants make it a ghetto
Management no controls. Unsafe.
Rooms: Dirty. No chair to sit. Old.
Safety: Management to control over long-term stays side building.
Tenants do whatever they want. Partying. Parking. Laundry hanging outside. Dump!!

Super cozy, clean ,easy to get too and AFFORDABLE! We came through johnson city with 4 adults and 8 kids at midnight after a 300 mile drive on our way to South Padre. We stopped and got 2 rooms connected , super easy check in , air conditioners worked very well, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and rooms even had refrigerators and microwaves! And the Manager/attendant was really friendly and courteous!
Rooms: Good sized , clean and confy
Safety: No safety concerns , well lit even

Unless you are desperate for a place to sleep, I would never recommend this place. At first glance, it looks nice, but it's far from that. We had to request new bed sheets, there were holes in the wall and door, the a/c was not working, door locks were not secure, hair dryer not working, and the list goes on. Since the a/c was not working, she only brought us a fan. OMG! It's summer, and we had our kids! It's totally unacceptable!

This place is a dump to put it mildly. Try falling to sleep when you have 30 illegals drinking beer outside your door with Mexican music blaring at 11 o’clock at night. When nothing was done my fiancé and I had to pick up and drive all the way back home to Austin, Texas. The next day I called the Hotel and demanded a refund I was told that the owner would call me back well he never did. I tempted five other times and was unsuccessful. This hotel rents these rooms to undocumented construction workers at a monthly rate don’t let them fool you?.

We opened the door and turned right around and left. I would sleep under the truck first.

Negative 100 out of 10.
Don’t let the one star fool you…you must give at least one star to post a review.
This is without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever had to stay in. Trying to make last minute accommodations for a business trip I was met with all other hotel options being booked in Marble Falls.
This room had cheap wood grain linoleum on the floors. There is absolutely NOTHING on the walls except a 24 inch tv and nails and screws sticking out in random locations. The lighting is harsh and has the appeal of a bare light bulb. There isn’t a bar available for hanging up clothes. Fruit flies kept buzzing around as I tried to sleep on a terrible mattress and things being passed off as pillows.
The towels were disgustingly dingy and stained. The bathroom had paper peeling from the Sheetrock on the ceiling and a large piece of, what looked like, cheap counter top covering a 2ft hole over the shower. The toilet seat was loose and ready to come unattached at any second
But the real topper, was the paper stuffed around the sprinklers in the ceiling and the dangling wires hanging from where the smoke detector apparently once resided.
Upon my arrival to this slum I contacted every hotel within a 20 mile radius to move immediately…but all were booked solid for the weekend. I did my very best to spend as little time as possible in this unappealing, uncomfortable and unwelcoming space.
Run, don’t walk away from this hotel, especially if you’re going to be out in the building across the street. You’re better off in a cardboard box under the bridge.

Not a 5 star hotel but decent accommodation. We did have a cicadas chirp in the middle of the night in our bathroom. Which was new to me.

Two stars because the room was fairly clean and the AC worked well. That being said, this place is pretty "ghetto". If you want the charm of inner city El Parsons in the middle of the Texas Hill Country then this is definitely your place. You'll have some guys outside at midnight drinking and dancing and then when you wake up early they'll still be dancing at 7am outside their door totally not on crack. I wouldn't stay here again.

Noisiest place I've ever stayed at. Even the AC sounded like it was falling apart. We got absolutely no sleep at all.

This Place is the Worst of the Worst Marble Falls has to Offer. I Would Never Recommend this Place to Anyone I Don't HATE. It's a Disgusting Pigpen that Should Have Burned Down (30) Years Ago. Tear it Down and Put Anything or Nothing There and It Will Be Less of an Eyesore to Passersby.

I've stayed here many times and it's by far the best budget option in the area. The rooms are pretty large (Bigger than Motel 6)The A.C is colder than your exe's heart. The Beds are super comfy as well.Management seems cool and friendly.I wish they had a soda machine though. ?But, still best deal in town folks!Rooms: I'm in a king size (Bed) room and the layout is very spacious.
