This is about their total disregard of the those around their area. They were on our residential street just starting to do their setup and putting out their orange cones. Their work had not started and the crew was still getting out the the truck! The street was narrow with their equipment parked there and we waited for the one oncoming car they waved through to pass and then they promptly put up their cones totally blocking the street so we could not pass. We were the only other car and we were obviously waiting to pass. They just stood there looking arrogant and dumb until we turned around and went around the block to get to our house, 5 houses past where they were working. Would I call them for work? Absolutely not.

So far so good.Jordan came the next day after I phoned them. Actually came early which is a miracle in the case of getting a contractor to even show up.He offered suggestions and ideas, I really liked them.Wrote up a estimate later that week.Accepted bid.Work will be done sometime in March. I wanted to wait till after February and he totally agreedLooking forward to working with him.

Just had a 1700 sq Ft paver patio installed by Highland Lakes Landscape Management. We are thrilled with our new outdoor living space. From estimate to clean up, Jacob was a true professional. He was creative with design ideas, meticulous with every aspect of our project and incredibly patient with my many questions. Additionally, Jacob is an excellent communicator. He kept me informed of job progress throughout the project. Jacob and Oscar are the hardest working men I have ever seen. They arrived bright and early each day, took obvious pride in their work and even maintained a positive attitude through a string of days with excessive heat. These are good people who take pride in their craft. It took us a very long time to find someone we could trust with our new outdoor living space. We are trilled we found Highland Lakes Landscape Management for our hardscape project. Jacob has been taking care of my landscape needs for over 5 years. Recently did a great job installing artificial turf. He's always super responsive to needs like leaking sprinklers or weather damage. He's very dependable, accommodating, and professional.

Thank you for helping us fix problems that Builtrite caused!! The yard is much happier since your visit. Tim very good to work with, knowledgeable and thorough. Five stars if you had the ability to take care of the yard regularly. But your current scheduling would be counterproductive for our use of the yard. Disappointed, thought we found someone long term. We will call for possible future projects though.

Jacob is the best! I am renting house in Menifee, whenever I needed help he takes care of it right away. Very responsive and will go the extra mile to get the job done right. A drunk driver crashed into our house and took out our water valve. Called Jacob and he came right away and took care of it for us! Would highly recommend, very knowledgeable and great service.

Jacob just finished phase one of my backyard landscaping on Monday and I am extremely happy with the results. Jacob and his helper Robert showed up on time, finished up the job on the completion date stated in his contract, on budget and even allow me to make some minor alterations along the way. Jacob was very helpful and listened to my concerns about maintenance and water use when he planned the design for the landscaping. As a result, l have a low maintenance yard that will not require a lot time or water to keep up. I would highly recommend Jacob and l am looking forward to spending time in my backyard.

We have been a customer of Dollahite Lanwncare for over a year now. My husband has posted a separate review of them along with follow-up reviews. Dollahite recently completed a project for us which was to remove the dead plants in our front lawn and replace them with new plants. Jacob and team did such a great job. We are so pleased with the results. It is such a relief not to have to look at dead plants as we drive up our driveway. Take a look at the work in process and you can see it is such an improvement. Thanks Jacob! You are the best!!!

This is an update 3/30/2019. We were doing some excavating on our front lawn and we broke a water main. Jacob was my first and only phone call. I felt bad reaching out to him after hours like this but it was an emergency and Jacob was over in less than 30 minutes and he fixed the water main, put in new PVC pipe and fittings and wrapped it all up for us in less than an hour. Thank you so much Dollahite Lawncare you saved our bacon!! P.S. They are contractor's licensed and bonded so they can do the big jobs too :)
