Love-Love HEB. But they could have more registers open especially during The Holidays. People don't want to wait in line. Our time is money. Again I stand in line while employees stand around. OPEN MOR E REGISTERS!!! treat us like you want us to come back. Prices are still too high. Can't blame supply chain any more.

I asked why they are charging $4.28 for a gallon of heb milk, when all the other heb's charge $3.68, I even opened my phone and showed them the price difference. From what i can tell the other heb product prices are the same from store to store, so why are they the ones only charging more for milk? Both cashier and manager I asked had no answer and were both rude.

Kingsland store is an insult to our community. Too small and stocked mostly with HEB products. If you want something,you must go to Marble Falls.

Searched the wine section at Marble Falls and was approached by Frank, the Wine Manager. He introduced himself and asked if he could help me find anything in particular.
He was very attentive and non assuming. He was also very knowledgeable about the wines, but not in a wine snobby way, nor was he pushy on the high-end wine. I felt comfortable and pleased that he was helping me find what I liked. Thanks.

Usually I am very satisfied. But today it took 40 minutes to gret my order and there were new cars coming in for 30 minutes while I sat there and they got their grocery's and left. I went to their door and asked what the issue was with my order and they asked me my name and they said they were bringing it out right then. When it got to my car it turned out to not be my order. I normally would be more patient except I had a meal order to go and pick up and by the time I got there the food was cool. Come on HEB get it together. I would much rather get my groceries from your store.

Shout out to big Adam (24 yrs at HEB) cooking in the Deli today. He made me very happy by offering to cook some chicken wings that were and have been OOS way too much lately. Thank you Adam for caring and for restoring my faith in HEB MF Deli !!
