Best pharmacy in Marble Falls. They handle complex prescriptions, supply, and refills better than ANY pharmacy. The staff are super friendly and efficient!

On multiple occasions they partially fill my meds and when I call to get the other half that is owed “they can’t” or don’t see where it was partially filled. They never have my medication in stock. They are always extremely rude. This is by far the worse and most unfriendly HEB pharmacy I’ve dealt with.

The lines are very long and as fast as pond water. Inside, they can handle three people picking up but usually only have two people working, cause Lord knows it makes the older and handicapped people happy as hell. You should see them, they're wiggling their arms and fingers like cheerleaders doing happy hands. And they hop from one leg to the other and are moaning like they're kissing a girl in high school with braces. Almost looks like a Holy Roller Church without the good singing, more like cats doing it on your fence on Friday night right next to your bedroom window. Poor little kids with the grandparents look like they're in a horror movie. Well, it is Texas hahaha. And the mood of the pharmacy staff matches the mood in the room, no body what's to be there and it's painful as hell. Oh, and the drive thru has two lanes...woohoo! Nope!! They only use one lane, to make sure we get to see the ray of sunshine working the only lane, oh boy!! Rather see the dentist Anywho, if I didn't have this long of a wait I couldn't write this stellar review.

Just called he pharmacy and was told they cannot deliver the medication even though they advertise the service. I was also asked for medical insurance card over the phone they first asked for a member number I said I had it and I was told oh no not that one, then they asked for an rx group number which I had and was told oh no not that one,then asked for another number and I gave up. How amazing that when I say I have the info they need they do the backstroke and ask for something else, as if they don't want to do their job and serve me????

Unacceptable and negligent. Marble Falls sent me to burnet for a prescription that was 6 months old and now I can’t get my current persription for 2 hours. They said it was all at burnet, burnet tried to transfer the order from marble falls, didn’t tell me it would take 30-45 minutes to transfer. 30 mile wild goose chase and now my groceries are ruined from the heat.This whole time I’m in excruciating pain falling asleep in the waiting room when I should be in bed resting. Borderline negligent.

They said it was all at burnet, burnet tried to transfer the order from marble falls, didn’t tell me it would take 30-45 minutes to transfer. 30 mile wild goose chase and now my groceries are ruined from the heat.This whole time I’m in excruciating pain falling asleep in the waiting room when I should be in bed resting. Best prices, longest wait. Their prices are far better than most other pharmacies, so the wait might be worth it. But if you go through the drive through make sure you don’t have anywhere to be. It’s takes at least 5 minutes per car, sometimes 10. I have no idea why but it is so much slower than any other pharmacy drive through than I’ve ever been to. And there are 2 lanes. Still takes forever.

I was shocked by how rude the staff namely Amy was to me today. And then I read the reviews and was less shocked. Turns out the staff is just rude. I got there right before they closed and needed to pick my Rx’s up. She was rude and told me because they were about to close that her computer was down. And then over charged me for my rx by almost 200.00. When I asked her to fix it the manager Nathan got on and told me he couldn’t fix it till tomorrow because they were closing. My passenger when we left immediately turned to me and said “this is exactly why I stopped coming here”. H‑E‑B has always been known for their impeccable customer service, but apparently this group missed the importance of customer relations class in training.

They told me I have to call 24 hours in advance to get my prescription. On numerous occasions I have been lectured on how I have to have my RX number to the point of being very rude about it.

This is my favorite pharmacy! If you get medication here for any length of time all of the Pharmacy Associates become like friends, they remember you name and greet you with a smile and just make you feel welcome! Youll even get to know the pharmacist as well and they are all super nice! I get all the meds I can from this pharmacy. I just had my 3rd Kidney Transplant and so there are those medications for that where I get them from the transplant pharmacy hospital (they aren't used much) but other than that it's always H‑E‑B Pharmacy for me! Take it from me, friends...If you're within 15-20 miles of Marble Falls, get your prescriptions from this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Each time I go there is a delay or a lack of communication. Today I decided to transfer all my RXs to another pharmacy and they gave them the run around too.
