I have shopped at this store religiously on Tuesdays for the past several years as well as other days but Tuesdays for sure since it is senior discount day with 30% off. The people there know me. I come in with my mother all of the time and talk to them. I have always been told that I have 1week exactly to return anything. So, the following Tuesday I would shop there again and either return some items from the the week prior or not. Last week when I had several clothing items to return or exchange with new ones I had picked out this day I was told that I could not because they had red tags on them and this was a new procedure that had been implemented. I had never paid attention to the color of the tags, I just bought things. Apparently, these items were half-priced items and could not be returned. It was the biggest mess ever. I asked to talk to the gentleman whom I thought was management and I had dealt with in the past but all he could ever say was it was corporate and not him. Corporate makes the rules. So, he called to the back (WHOMEVER IS IN THE BACK THERE YOU WOULD THINK IT WAS THE PRESIDENT) to ask if they would approve to exchange my items. He hung up the phone and said the answer is NO. I couldn't believe it. I told him that they really don't try very hard to keep their customers and that I should be a PLATIMUM member. His reply, of course, was "it's corporate ma'am, not me." I then told him I wanted cash back for the things I COULD return since I would not be returning to this store again. Well, he didn't know how to do that since he had never had that request before. So, I just took the store card they gave me and I left.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION. These items are donated to them. SHAME ON EM.

It's crazy the mounds of clothes donated here. Yet only 10% or less makes the racks. However, they have 3 full aisles of new Goodwill Brand clothes for $25+. Out of all the goodwills I've ever been to around the country this one screams SCAM. Something fishy going on here.

The store was well organized and the staff was friendly but the prices here were higher than pretty much every other goodwill that I have visited, there was not a single glass piece under $2. Were as many other stores have ¢89 deals…so that was strange. But the customer service was good.

I'm pretty upset! I went in and bought some items that was not able to fit in my car. The guy put a sold paper on one out if two chairs. I asked him if he was going to put one on the other chair, he said no hes going to put tape around the other chair. My dad went to pick them up today and a chair is gone. The lady is now telling my dad I cannot get a refund it's only store credit. I am beyond livid. These people need to learn how to READ. 1 of 2 Chairs. Someone sold a chair I already bought. Update: I did get a full refund and $25 gift card. The manager was very nice and helpful! I'm still sad I lost the other chair.

Nice and clean, I go here all the time. My only issue is since a new manager took over about a month ago the prices are outrageous. I literally just looked up something I saw in there and can order it on Amazon for less shipped to my door. Clothes are now cheaper next door at Ross. I don't know where this store thinks they are, but people out here aren't going to pay those prices at a thrift store.

So overpriced! I go to Goodwills all the time and they price their items way too high!!!!!! Go next door to Ross and get new items for the same price or a couple dollars more

Very nice goodwill compared to other places. Organized and clean. Only issue is that 2 out of the 4 fitting rooms are closed for "safety" and the other two opened ones were occupied the time we were there. Who stays in a fitting room for over 30 mins?

Was great when Brent was manager. If things don't change, it can't survive. They send the good things off and leave things that should be throne in the trash. Not really worth going. Never see the manager and why is she not in the back putting things out? I've had my own business for thirty years and I can see this isn't going to cut it.!!

I love shopping Goodwils…but this one has over-priced their items. A set of 3 highball glasses $15.49…really? These were not crystal…just regular thick glass. I did buy a pink tag “throw rug” 2’x3’ for $4.99. Probably the most reasonably priced item in the store. Shop Goodwill in Leander… for more reasonably priced items and better selection.

Wow. Seriously overpriced merchandise. They are selling higher than on eBay or antique malls. I would think since the items are free to them and they need to make room for more merchandise that they would price items more affordably. I saw a children's mug for over $13! The store was clean, but most Goodwills are. Donations center was not open and I had a big bag to donate that will unfortunately be donated elsewhere.

Nice clean store with good selection. Why pay so much in other stores. You could find a bargain here.

I found some cute pieces today, but I am surprised at how expensive Goodwill is now-way overpriced compared to other thrift stores. I find better deals at high end thrift stores, like a beautiful pair of Kenneth Coles for $3. Where GW is charging 10 to 13 bucks for Walmart shoes. Please get over yourselves and come back down to reasonable thrifty pricing. Thank you.
