I've been with this bank 17 yrs. They are the best bank and I will never go to another bank. They are the nicest, friendliest bank in the world. I've had other banks and this bank is the most courteous bank I've had. You will not be disappointed

I've been a customer with First Convenience Bank for over 10 years. They do what they can to help you and resolve your issues. They try to give everyone their direct phone number so they can take care of you, instead of you looking up the number and only finding the 800 number to customer service. The people who work there are friendly, courteous and put customer service first and foremost.

I have never had any problems with this bank until recently. Money was transferred out of my account and put towards another account and the bank told he there was nothing they could do for me. I am very upset because all my money from my account was taken from me and no one could help me. I’m very disappointed with this bank and their customer service over the phone.

This is by far the most unprofessional piece of trash of a bank ever. They won’t release monies to me that came through cash app. When I called they said it’s not their problem. The two females I spoke with were disrespectful and seemingly uneducated and one of those poor excuses of a female even hung up on me. I will be seeking legal actions against this bank. To all who reads these reviews. Take heed. This bank is operated by crooks. Be warned!!!

I have had this bank for over 10 years and I have no ill regrets from it. They have held my monies in my checking account just like I would expect them to. Now, that said, I know nothing of their Overdraft charges because I have never used their overdraft before. I know how to handle my money better than to tame more than I have out. So that shouldn't even be an issue with anyone in my opinion. If you don't have the money to spend, don't spend it.. PERIOD. EVERY SINGLE negative complaint is about people being mad with their overdraft policies. It's not the banks fault you spend more money than you have in your account, and they have STICT policies on the situation to try and stop it from happening. But yes, after 10 years I am quite happy with FCB. And I expect to be with them for 10 more years.

Charges were made on my account by someone who had my debit number. FCB denied the charges and called me immediately. They look out for me, and I like that.

Awful customer service. I do not bank with them but stopped by to have a small bill broken because customer service in Walmart was packed full of return merchandise customers. The teller proceeded to tell me they do not break cash for non customers of the bank! Really!? Its cash.. you are a bank! Isn't that part of your business? I will never be a customer for sure!!
