I've had a unit with Fairland Storage for some time now \u0026 can't complain. Location is secure, fenced, lighted(exterior \u0026 in units), you must have a code to enter, cameras on site...so no funny business going on there. Kevin is courteous and competent. Owner is super nice! Way easy to talk to! Give them a call if you need some extra room.

Do not use this storage facility! They are not monitored and you will be broken into! They have theft on all units at all times and are never caught because it is too remote and not monitored at any time. They are not insured for any of the theft that goes on there eithe! You might as well throw you things into the street!

I spoke with the owner on a Saturday morning. I explained to the owner we desperately needed a unit as we had a trailer full of my daughters belongings in the driveway and needed to unload and make a second trip to Austin. She stated she did not know what was available nor was she willing to drive to the facility and to rent us a unit as she lived in Horseshoe Bay. I asked if she knew of another storage facility that could help us. She said she would not share info as it was a competitors thing. Y'all come to your own conclusion - just wanted to state our expierience. Which was zero.
