I needed my four new wheels changed out and it was a big job. These guys changed them out by taking the tires off the old wheels and put them on the new wheels. I have a big truck (2500HD) so it was a big job but they did an awesome job and charged me such a reasonable amount (way under what I felt it should have been). I tried to pay more but they wouldn't have any of that. Well, they will make much more from me now, because they have earned themselves a new customer now for good now.

These guys did an excellent job.ALL I needed was 2 bolts to be loosened. I had at least 4 other people try to help, including another mechanic I took my car in to. None of them were able to get them out. The guys were able to get the job done, as well as give me a reasonable estimate on it. Will definitely be coming back for any vehicle needs that I can’t take care of myself!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I'm so grateful I found Marble Falls Auto Center. They took over a job that had been handled badly by a competitor and finished it (engine replacement). Like other reviews have already stated, this is THE best place to take your vehicle for honest and fair service in Marble Falls. I just moved here and I got taken advantage of by other shops in the area that price gouged me for every little thing. I brought my truck here and they got me in same day and did many hours of diagnosis and testing on my vehicle FOR FREE! They are kind, honest, and sincere folks who will truly help you out. If you're looking for a local place to be your go-to auto shop, this is the one.

The owner and staff are very professional, polite, and helpful. I have taken our 2010 Lexus LS 460 to them twice; once for a knocking noise and once because the starter switch was hesitating. They quickly diagnosed the knocking noise and repaired it. They worked all day diagnosing the starter switch issue which could have easily been a starter replacement costing well over $1000. However they determined the battery was not strong enough, so all I had to do was replace the car battery that was under warranty. They charged NOTHING! Excellent way to do business!I have taken my 1994 Toyota 4x4 pickup to them for the AC not getting cold. Before doing anything, the owner always calls me to inform and educate me but also to give my various options. They replaced the compressor, but the AC kept leaking out the refrigerant. They reevaluated the truck and refilled the refrigerant twice; locating the issue and replacing a valve.This is an honest company who seems to pride themselves on customer service while providing value and without over charging or completing unnecessary work.Excellent business! Highly recommend!

I was out of town and ruptured my gas tank! They had great reviews and backed it up with wonderful service. They really saved me while in a bind and worked around my schedule. My son was leaving for college and I needed a quick last minute look at something on my sons vehicle at the end of the work day right before they closed. All the guys here are so kind and compassionate... not to mention ON IT! I'd been having a wacky sound under the hood I couldn't place driving from Arkansas this past weekend, and John and Dave told me they could check it out while I was getting dental work done next door (it was Nunnally, Freeman, and Owens that referred me to them). They eased my mind, got it fixed and threw in fixing a tire sensor for no extra charge! Now I'll be heading out to CO feeling safe, confident and so grateful to MFAC!Services: Electrical repair

August 16th I noticed a pretty bad problem with my son's steering linkage making it pretty dangerous to drive. And he is leaving to go back to A&M this Friday! I called Marble falls auto center and explained the situation. They told me they had a guy out sick and were short handed but would do everything they could to get it done. I'm sitting In Their parking lot now writing this review as I'm picking up my son's repaired truck.!! I can't say enough about the guys down at Marble Falls Auto. We were in town from KC on a lake trip and began hearing a knock when turning right on the front end of our vehicle. We thought it would be a tie rod or bearings that would need to be fixed. They let us know it was neither, probably strut mounts and was a non safety issue. That's the type of honesty in auto service were all looking for. Hats off to the gentlemen at Marble Falls Auto!

Up until a few years ago I had never had to use a mechanic outside of family. My grandpa would piece my car back together if anything would happen to it. This last year has been full of trials and tribulations along with three cars and a lot of other headaches. I just bought this car in January and have already had to use the warranty. I might also add that I've never gone through this process before and was super anxious about it. Yet, I have to say Dave and his guys made the process so easy and made me feel taken care of and cared about! This man took the time out of his personal life to come pick me up from my job after hours so I could get back into my car in time for a dentist appointment. I'll forever be grateful to him and his guys, and will continue to take my vehicles to him for as long as is possible!!

Dave is extremely sweet and super helpful and didnt charge me for going over my car for 4 hours and gave me helpful tips. Shawn was also helpful and made sure to let me know I wasnt being paranoid and also very sweet as well.

I went in for a wheel alignment, went they finished the alignment I was told they couldn’t get the alignment correct because it needed a aftermarket camber kit and a power steering rack. I am a retired master automotive mechanic, I agree with the camber kit but the only reason he gave me for the p/s rack was the steering wheel was not straight. After looking at the print out of the alignment I can see why the steering wheel it not straight and it has nothing to do with the rack. There is no loose parts I toe in just needed to be readjusted to get the steering wheel straight.My responce to the owner. As you know the camber kit is responsible for the adjustment of caster and camber. Caster / Camber has little to nothing to do with the steering wheel being straight, Caster will cause a pull and then the wheel will be off. Toe is the problem, caster is off in my truck I acknowledge that and looking at the raw numbers I would expect it to pull but it doesn't. Modern alignment machines do a great job and I can tell by the print out and the heads that were on my truck you have good equipment. In my experience even with a Hunter HawkEye Aligner 1 or 2 out of 100 aligments had to go back on the machine and get a little tweak. As good as your equipment and you and your people are they are not perfect.As far as my review I stand by what I said. Yes most of my reviews are negative because just like the oid saying says " A happy customer tells no one and mad customer tells everyone". I am not saying I am mad I am disappointed.BTW your not one of the oldes repair shops in this town, You purchased ED's tire and auto about 3 years ago. I worked for Ed's tire in the late 80's at the original location on 281. As a matter of fact the print out that comes from the alignment machine still says ED's tire on it, the canopy and signage still said ed's untill very recently. You and I both know your response to my review is a CYA and a sales pitch. We both know after the mechanic test drove my truck it didn't pull but the steering wheel was not straight it should have gone back on the aligment machine and had the toe reset to straighten the steering wheelI will change my review from a 1 to a 3 because most of it is ok. I will skip my planned return today to reset the toe because it seems it will just be full of one excuse after another.Service: Steering & suspension repair
