I bought tires not even a month ago. I took it to Firestone to have my car and tires inspected because as soon as I hit the speed of 60mph my car would wobble. I took it in today so that the Discount Tires could look at it. They told me all four tires are defective and all they did was balance them. I figure they would replace all 4 with all new different tires. Told me that my right rear tire still wobbles and if I wanted it fix , I would have to buy a new one! These are supposed to be "New tires". Be careful what you buy!

Five months ago I bought all new tires for my Mercedes GLE53 from Discount Tire and spent $2700.
Last week I got a staple in my back tire and took it to discount tire to get a patch. Keaton, my tire rep, did not even take off the tire, and said it could not be patched and I needed a new tire. My husband then took it to another location where they were able to patch the tire in 15 minutes . My husband and I have been loyal customers of discount tire. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of and will not be purchasing any more tires from discount tire. Your company cannot be trusted.

Showed up to discount tire without an appointment they told me it would be an hour and 45 minutes my car was in the bay and back out in 48 minutes thank you

In town bringing kids to camp from Houston and had a nail in my tire. The nicest staff fixed my problem, we’re incredibly professional and friendly and helpful and went above and beyond with their service.

We pulled in with 2 minutes to spare before closing on a Friday. My hubby had changed out a blown tire on a boat trailer but we needed a new spare. Blake did not blink an eye & had us back on the road, all within 10 minutes. Very professional, courteous, & thorough. While we were waiting in the truck for the tire (I'm telling you, less than 10 minutes TOTAL) he even came out to check our other tires for us (after closing time by now), to make sure they were ok.

I had scheduled an appointment for a tire repair job for the rear diver side tire due to a nail/screw damage. They competed the job and plugged the hole and for that the performance was satisfactory. Upon receiving my key and walk around with an employee I had noticed non-prior damage near the rear driver side tire. I had pointed out the damage to the employee who appeared puzzled regarding the damage, of which the damage appears to be from a jack that was placed improperly during the lifting of the vehicle. At this time, the employee located a manager and a group of employees including a manager gathered over to my vehicle to inspect the damage. The manager stated that they will take responsibility, apologized, and that they will file a claim with their claims department and that I should expect a call from that claims department within two business days. The manager took pictures of the damage on my vehicle and clarified my information for their report. I had further requested documentation of the incident from the manager to which he stated that he was unable to provide and then he provided me with his business card with the store phone number to contact him if I had further questions. The damage done has caused misalignment of my passenger door, bending of the passenger door, bending of the body, damaged plastic side trim, and a damaged metal section of the underbody where the Jack was placed. Due to this I hope for proper service and compensation for the matter as it is currently pending.

Very helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me get my tires mounted on my complicated multi piece wheels and did a great job balancing them for me. Really worked with me when other shops refused. Will return to this location specifically even though I'm all the way out in Georgetown.

I made an appointment for a flat repair, but on the day of the appointment, I received a notification that it had been canceled. Initially, I thought it might have been an accident, so I called the store to reschedule. However, when I arrived at the store, I discovered that the assistant manager, Austin Cowan, had actually canceled my appointment as a joke.
Although the issue was eventually resolved, this incident has caused me to question the integrity of this store. Having someone in a management position who finds it amusing to cancel appointments raises concerns about their professionalism and the overall management of the establishment. It makes me hesitant to consider doing business with this location in the future, especially when I require service or repairs.
The incident may have been resolved, but the fact that such behavior occurred in the first place leaves a lasting impression. It is crucial for a business to have trustworthy and responsible individuals in positions of authority, as it reflects on their overall reputation and customer service.

The other day I arrived at discount tire and was helped by Trenton and got into a wonderful conversation with this young man. This young man has a work ethic and caring personality like I have never met. I’m never one to leave reviews however I just could not believe the maturity. I will continue to receive all tire needs from discount tire from now on after this experience.

We were on our way to a vacation going through Marble Falls when one of the tires on my GMC truck started coming apart. Fortunately we located a Discount Tire Store on Hwy 281. Keaton advised that we should replace all the tires as there had been problems with those particular tires. Bought a new set of Michelins and were back on the road quickly. Many thanks to Keaton for his knowledge and great service !

Employees were nice and the store was clean. Prices are reasonable. The only thing I don't like is the fact that they push you kinda hard to purchase new tires. The last time I went in I just needed a repair. The tires only had like 10,000 miles on them and they told me they were borderline unsafe. Lol.
