In this day and age of distrust and disheartening inflation, I want to thank this business for their honesty, integrity and excellence. They did an excellent job on a truck repair awhile back, and yesterday, they checked out my A/C air compressor only to learn that it had just been overcharged. They were able to take me in as a walk-in, and they refused to charge for the evaluation. They can be sure that we will take our vehicles to them for all A/C maintenance in the future, and any other mechanical issues.

I have taken my car here faithfully for the last couple years when problems come up! They are always fair priced and I always feel like my car is in good hands.. TODAY.. I got a complete flat on 281 and I was right around the corner so I pulled in to colonial and Matt was so helpful! They don't work on tires but he aired up my tire and I was able to get to Walmart and get a new tire! I scheduled my next service with Colonial and was so grateful for the help. I had my 2 lil ones with me. Matt brought a huge air compressor out to my car in the Texas heat!
I appreciated him so very much!

Wow I can't say enough about this business... iv been so happy with there services.. iv had my work truck in there two different times ... an both times they jumped right on it an got it fixed in no time . Matt an his guys do great business an super fair pricing an great phone communication... if your looking for a good local shop look no further.. colonial auto service for the win ? ? ?

Took my jeep to Colonial Auto Service after being told at a Jeep Dealership that I still had an emissions leak after they fixed it & I had to take it back a 2nd time. 2nd time they wanted DOUBLE WHAT I paid the 1st time.
Colonial replaced the SAME PART that Dealership SAID they replaced the 1st time for HALF THE COST of Dealership that will remain unnamed in Burnet Texas.
Jeep runs great now!
I would recommend Colonial Auto Service to everyone!
Nice guy Matthew kept me informed of every step of the process and the cost to the penny.
Great, great place, reasonable prices, trustworthy & honest...not alot of that these days.

Great customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable about vehicles from all makes and models. I brought in my Nissan Frontier because my AC actuator #3 was out. It was going to take a day to replace it and I wasn't to bothered. But the price they wanted to charge compared to Nissan was by far more affordable. I realize dealerships need to fix things and make money, but the staff here have taught me I would feel more comfortable taking my vehicle to them. They don't try to sale you on things you don't need they just sale you great customer service. Thank you for making me a customer for life.

If I could give Colonial 10 stars, I would. I have always had such great service there so when my brakes started squeaking, I took my car to them. In 30 minutes, they were done checking everything and told me my brakes and car were in really good shape so no repairs were needed. On top of that, they didn't charge me anything...not a penny. The peace of mind I have now that I have had a professional give my car a clean bill of health is priceless. I can't thank the guys at Colonial enough and will always trust them with my car repairs.

I took my 2018 Ford pickup in for brake replacement. After putting the truck on the lift Matt came out and informed me I didn't need brakes. Due to the mileage I was shocked. I would have paid for repairs and never given it a second thought. I won't use another automobile repair shop. I can always trust them, a rare thing.Service: General repairs & maintenance
