stay away from this shop!!! the owner will hold your car hostage and doesnt want to work with your insurance comapany placing you in the middle like a puppet!! this guy has no business being in business.. he will ripp you off, hold your car will not release your car back to you unless you pay what he wants that day!! complete idiot!!

I contacted "Jerry" on Facebook about a dump truck ad he posted on Marketplace. I showed my dad the dump truck, as he's been looking for one. My dad called, and "Jerry" wouldn't answer any questions. He told my dad he would have to come in person to ask questions. SERIOUSLY?! My dad is old and doesn't have Facebook. Have better customer service, and don't list on Facebook if you're only planning on answering questions in person.

Completely unprofessional and bad attitude. Don't be in a business where you deal with people if you are unwilling or unable to communicate with them! I called about a vehicle they had for sale on craigslist and it said in the ad the check engine light was on. I wanted to simply ask what the code was so I could understand the repair needed. The person answering the phone immediately said when I mentioned what I was calling about - "no calls, thank you anyway" and hung up on me. WTF . Look at all their 1 star reviews, they do not care and rip people off. Glad I did not drive all the way from Austin to look at the vehicle as it probably does not work.
