John had me bring our class A rv in for a loud creaking sound in the front suspension. What seemed was going to be a big job - he was able to work on it while I was there and he fixed it with a little grease in a dry bushing. We had a trip coming up in a couple of days so we were really happy to get the rv back home the same day and the charge for the work was extremely reasonable. John’s a great guy, knowledgeable and honest. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Called just now asked about a tire if they had the size. I feel the lady who answered was just lazy. She didnt even look to see if she had that tire or anything and said I dont have that tire. Every where I call any tire shop they have to put you on hold and look. Will never call or recommend. First impression last forever...

John is one heck of a knowledgeable guy. He knows RVs, I mean every aspect of RVs. I had John come to the RV park to look at an inoperative Dometic air conditioning unit. Both Airstream Tech support and Dometic Tech support had said it was an inoperative thermostat. It was not and John correctly diagnosed a failed control board. Replaced that and we are cool again. Pricing: very reasonable.
