The owner is a gem and can pick out clothes for even the toughest of clients! I took my mom in there recently and we got overwhelmed quickly, but Kim (the owner...I believe that's her name) asked if she could show us a few things. We said sure and she went straight to a rack that looked exactly like something my mom would wear. This place has items for all ages. It's a little on the pricey side, but you can tell from the fabrics, it's a quality product. I think in the future I'm just going to walk in and say "clothe me". They're really good at what they do.

The owner assaulted my friend because she didn’t have a mask. She was very volatile and rude. This is the behavior that will cause a small business to go under. And to think the mandates have been rescinded to save small businesses. There are no excuses for bullying. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

If you want an amazing ambiance, unique clothing and charming gifts, go on a field trip to this shop! The owners are the expert buyers at the boutique and they are super friendly and hospitable! Ladies...if you want "the ultimate" shopping experience, go see Kim and her staff at Ciao Bella!!! The most amazing boutique you will ever find. Absolutely gorgeous clothes and accessories, excellent prices and the very best customer service! Kim and her crew will give you honest options about each piece that you try on, plus they will make suggestions that you wouldn't think of yourself, yet they are spot on! If you are bashful or modest, you really should get past that, because these ladies will outfit you perfectly, if they can be a little more involved with your "try on's". My husband and I travel the world and Ciao Bella, in Marble Falls. Texas is my absolute favorite boutique, hands down! I get excited at the opportunity to shop with Kim and her ladies! I HIGHLY recommend this boutique!
