“I love marble falls auto center. I come here anytime I need something done to my truck. Not entire can trust working on it but these guys are careful and efficient with their work I have nothing but good thing to say about this shop. I got some tires put on recently after I was told by I different shot they weren’t balancing and these guys did it no problem and they ride great!!”

“So far so good! Fast, efficient, honest, friendly, professional service. Their behavior was not overly communicative, humorous or intrusive. Those traits make me so uncomfortable. I had an issue with the light above my license plate and I was stressing out over it since I don't know much about cars. They were very professional and A to B. They handled it for me in a snap. I've lived in a lot of different states and good mechanics are rare and hard to come by, in my experience. Most try to rip me off, assume I'm stupid and leech money from me, or flat out don't know what they're doing. I'm confident in their ability and I intend to make these guys my go-to for car repair from now on.”

They came in 2100 lower than Christian Brothers, 1100 lower than the dealership, AND they got the truck out in less than 24 hours. He made appointment for me to come in and with the service writer Mr. Todd, the mechanic and service manager Geoff McElroy they repaired the truck and haven't had any trouble since. Good Job”
“I cannot express how grateful i am for these guys at Mustang Lube. I unfortunately had a battery problem, which is a simple fix, but for someone who doesn’t even know where to find the engine i thought my car broke. I had to go directly after work to their parking lot around 7 am before they opened and sit there because I had just jumped my car and I was afraid it would conk out again. Right at open I witnessed an unhappy man very heatedly getting upset with the manager (who i wish i had the name of he was awesome) right at the start of opening. Not a nice start to anyone’s day, but everyone was so kind and accommodating to the unhappy person, then just as much to me, as i was literally eating my fingers in a chair thinking i was going to have to sacrifice my leg to pay for like a new engine or something. He never said anything to even make it seem like this interaction at the VERY start of his day bothered him because he helped me understand what was wrong by explaining how a battery works and gave me directions on what to do and how to fix it as cheap and easy as possible. Kudos to the manager because that takes so much self discipline to do within an hour of clocking in. I cannot thank these people enough, they were kind enough to not overcharge me for my ignorance and helped me understand what was happening in idiots terms which is so appreciated. Thank y'all so much, no idea how much that means!!”
“The engine on my vehicle went out and couldn’t find any affordable options around Austin. Thankfully I got in contact with Bates Diesel Repair, they were able to rebuild the engine for a great rate. Neil is incredibly knowledgeable and strait forward. This was the most seamless and professional experience I have ever had in getting a vehicle serviced and repairs done. If you live in Central Texas this is the absolute best place to bring your vehicle to they are polite and trustworthy… 10/10 recommended Bates Diesel Repair!”

“Lee was a Christmas Angel when my car broke down on the side of the road as I was an hour and a half into my drive and 3.5 hours away from my destination. He got me the number for an excellent tow company who he had worked with before who could drop my car in his lot even after hours. The next morning, Christmas Eve, he diagnosed it as soon as he opened up and had me back on the road 3.5 hours later. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone. Whether you’re having to deal with an unexpected breakdown or regular maintenance, Lee is a lifesaver.”

“I had a seal break in a double pane E glass window in our home and was having trouble finding a nearby company with good reviews. Burnet Glass doesn't have many reviews but I trusted the 1 that I saw and left a message for them. They quickly returned my call and asked for me to text with the details and a photo of the window in question.They were not expected to be able to look at it for a few days but ended up coming the same day. Gave me a reasonable quote with complete info as to timeline and terms.The product came in right on time and the appointment was scheduled. After a rocky start to the install (all due to an issue on my side), they completed the job. Even though it took a lot longer than they anticipated, they stuck with the amount quoted.”

“I recently had some cooling issues in which I decided to bring here to resolve after many shops being unable to resolve the issue. Long story short. We resolved the cooling issues which was a little bit tricky to find but got it resolved! Doing so he learned from a drive that my drive shaft and gearing was going bad. We got all of these parts repaired and upgraded. I was very satisfied with the work and business. Lastly we ended up using the dyno jet since I had quite a few aftermarket parts installed in between all these repairs and I was happy with how it came out! Will be bringing it back for future business in repairs and upgrades in performance!”
“Dropped off my car for a bumper replacement. They were very friendly. I appreciated the texts I'd receive about every other day informing me of my car's repair progress. I even got my car back earlier than predicted!

“Nice place and office staff. They provide you a Service Check List after the work is completed. Based on the fact that the technician did not reset the oil change indicator nor did he fill the windshield washer fluid, I have no faith in the fact that he did anything else on the check list that he said he did. The $15 discount is a joke as they are not competitive even after you subtract $15. Don't go there!Shortly after my review, I was contacted by the manager. He was genuinely concerned. I have had a similar job where your business's reputation is based on the service received by the customer. I suspect he will have a conversation with his technicians. And by the way, he offered a free oil change to encourage me to give them another try which I will. Based on his response, I have changed my review from one star to five.”
“After a \"hit and run\" at a local retail store, I contacted Jerry at Collision Express for an estimate. Jerry was very helpful and informative on what needed to be done and provided me an estimate within 15 minutes or so. I chose to take my 2019 Honda CR-V to his shop for the repairs because of the great service and communication I had received in getting the estimate and days following. Repairs were completed and I am back on the road. I have zero complaints, there were no issues, no surprises and I do 100% recommend Collision Express to anyone in need of auto body repair.”
