My experience at our local AT & T store was nothing short of perfect. The young lady that helped me & the manager Jackie were on top of their game with getting us new phones, doing a transfer & getting our rebates for old phones. It's refreshing to go into a place that has great customer service & product knowledge.

Had to make four trips to resolve my issue (along with a handful of calls to Tier 2 support online), but eventually we got it resolved.

Samantha was absolutely amazing. She is superb when it comes to customer service. I recommend asking for her when going into the marble falls store. She saved us a lot of money monthly and walked out with new phones and plan.

Getting a new phone nowadays feels the same as going to a car dealership. You're excited for the outcome, but know that the process is going to be a pain. Maybe we got lucky in our timing, but it really didn't take very long. Mateo was very knowledgeable and helped us get the phones that we are happy with. A good experience in deed!

So I just left the AT&T store and the lady Sam was very nice and helpful and I would recommend her to everyone one that is interested in getting a new phone thank you so much Sam you were the best!!!!!

11:54 a.m. 8/12/2023 filed a complaint with the FCC8/12/2023Well, things haven't changed. Today, I find out that AT&T takes two or more months to put a new plan into effect. In the meantime they charge you the same every month as the monthly bill in which you made the change. My old plan last month was $200.34 with extra data. Plan change, somehow, I am being charged AGAIN for the "extra" usage so present bill for August is $203.68! Oh, and the people in the store are "only" salespeople. Everything else is supposed to be done online with no one available to solve problems.4 weeks ago:I’d give AT&T a -100 for customer service. Every time I come to a store it takes over an hour to get recognized then the associates can’t help with the problem. I am referred to the web and then I am put on hold forever. They want to charge $172.00 for monthly service without unlimited data and then add more costs automatically if all data is used. Right now I am sitting in the store and only one employee is working.
