Always have a fantastic experience here, but my experience with Cindy today was above and beyond. I just had a simple pedicure but her skill at every step of the process was fabulous- good massage pressure, gentle with the tools, neatly and efficiently applied the color- can highly recommend this shop and its staff.

Clean spa that easily fit mom and I in on same day. Mom doesn't like polish so they gave an extended massage which she really enjoyed. The pedicurist was very attentive. My own pedicurist did a great job smoothing my nails and cleaning them up after a few weeks of rough outdoor work. Feet felt and looked terrific after for a reasonable price.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they were very very rude, didn't do what I wanted, which was a simple design, A HEART, and they couldn't even get that through their heads, it caused my daughter a lot of stress and tears because she values her nails and works a lot for the money she uses for those. I'm truly disappointed and appalled with everything that happened today and I will NOT be back, complete and utter disgust about this place and I was taking a quick look around and they definitely don't clean as much as they need too in their foot spas and hand stations, very likely to get foot fungi from here seeing how they do pedicures. Not a good business and very rude people, I am a traveler so it may be just tourist that have bad experiences but truly horrid.

My pedicure was very nice but it was really the people that work there that made it such a pleasant experience. They even have a tech that sings!! Great fun!

I’m 89 and blind. This is the first time I’ve ever had a professional nail appointment. Michele was so nice and helpful. Everyone was very nice. I had lots of compliments on my nails afterward.Service: Dip powder
