The two Older female cashiers Clearly appear to have prejudice towards customers of certain ethnic groups and age, they also don’t give you a bag unless you ask even if you have Eight items and you can’t finish your transaction getting your items and change before they call the next customer. Very unprofessional and rude, I don’t know how they’re able to keep their jobs.

You better know what you want and where it is or they will literally ask you if you are buying anything because they think everyone steals. They stare at you very hard. No smiling. No help. I’m referring to the older man and lady that work there that are Subcontinent Indian.

Old disgruntled Indian clerk.. although you place the money in his hand, he will never place it back in your hand. Poor customer service.

I wish I could rank lower. This place is the absolute worst when it comes to quality. The pumps never work. The pump payment method is finicky at best and crazy antiquated. I think the screen has a total 4 pixels. It used to be normal but changed a year or so ago. The credit/debit system inside seems to always be down as well. So carry cash. However, the staff inside is always super nice and usually quick to open another register if one gets backed up. The only reason this place stays busy, gas wise, is because it's the only one for the Silverlake neighborhood to use. As soon as another gas station opens up.... all bets are off!

I paid for a carwash, but there was no notice that there carwash was out of service. I didn't find out that the carwash was broken until I drove around the building and found the entrance blocked off. I had to park, go inside, and wait in line to request a refund, only to have the clerk tell me that she wasn't authorized to issue refunds, and I would need to come back tomorrow to see a manager. What a waste of my time.
