“Very neat and clean. Staff member actually was at the door, held it open and they all greeted me when I entered. Oddly pleasant. I was directed to the self service machine as a man with a dolly full of boxes entered just ahead of me. I got a quick verbal lesson on the machine and was done/out in less than 4 minutes. Great customer service here. Impressive.”

“I’ve been having issues with a return from Amazon and a lot of back and forth about me sending the package and the seller not receiving the package. I decided to call FedEx about obtaining a receipt and tracking number since I lost it. Mind you, this was also about 2 months later.
However, upon calling FedEx Tyree answered and took the time and patience to locate the tracking ID and the receipt that I lost 2 months ago. Excellent customer service from Tyree. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”
