“I’m glad I decided to come down to this store. Their staff was always attentive making sure I wasn’t left wondering aimlessly through the store or if I had a question. I will say I did buy a few coral and they did have some parasites on them. When I got home one of my fish had ich. This happens so I did my coral and fish dip like you’re suppose to with any new livestock and they are fine a day later with no issues. I cannot wait to add them to the display tank.”

“I was helped by an employee name Alyssa she was very helpful when I asked her for help with baby chicks setup .The reason I had to ask her was because there was a lady helping someone with baby chicks as me and my kids where looking and needing help this employee didn’t offer no help just walk off I didn’t catch her name but she didn’t even offer to help me as I was literally right there in front of her she ask another lady if she needed help but not me which was very rude of the employee so that’s when me and my kids went up front to look for help thanks to Alyssa for assisting us and getting the items we needed”
“We loved our experience with Amazing Paws. You do need to call and schedule a video call and appointment as puppies aren’t kept at their store to reduce exposure to viruses. As a health care professional, I appreciate this. The customer service is top notch. They even offer you pet financing.”
“These guys know what they’re doing. Plus the customers are your typical DIYer or Professional. Great group of knowledgeable guys who are happy to help. I watched a lot of their online videos before coming to store. Paul got me sorted out and on my way with all the supplies I needed. It was a lot cheaper than what I would have paid an exterminator too. Highly recommend”

“The employee there didn't know what I was needing. He went and found someone who did. After explaining to her what I had and showed her pictures, she didn't try to sell me a high dollar product that didn't work.
I found a stray matted dog that needed a professional.”
“Took my dog here for a heartworm test. Staff was friendly. Only thing I was confused about was the vet didn't talk to me about my dog after the test. She didn't seem like she wanted to talk to me either. Instead, the vet assistant gave me a "receipt" paper that stated the overall summary of the visit plus the vet's notes. It was a bit odd considering I had to find out my dogs overall condition on a paper rather than for her to directly discuss with me about it. But at least they got the job done.”

“This was my second year taking my pups for their annual check up/vaccines and a couple of stomach/ear infections, everyone is always very helpful and friendly, we've seen several doctors and they all take their time answering my questions and concerns, I never feel rushed. My lab is scared of the vet after a bad experience somewhere else so he's always very shy when we go but they are always very sweet and patient with him.”
“Me and my furbaby, Marvin, had a better experience. He was happy, I was happy ?. The service rep helped me to find a way to save on our visit. And they scheduled Marvin's next visit while I was still there. I am glad I made the change.”
