We purchased Amazon gift cards here for gifts this past Christmas. Upon the recipients opening them, they found the pin #'s had already been scratched off and a few digits defaced. We realized someone had taken the cards, recorded the pin numbers, defaced them so they couldn't be read by anyone else, and the returned to the store with packaging still intact so people would then put money on them, which they could then drop in their Amazon account. CVS literally sold us stolen goods and twice I went in and they told me it wasn't their problem (and no apology), and that I should contact Amazon. Amazon says it's CVS's problem. I filed a police report. This CVS doesn't care about us or that they sold us stolen property.

I am always greeted with great ended when I come in, the store is so well organized. I’m comparison to other CVS stores I’ve been to, that just look and feel cluttered upon entrance. This store is laid out so well, has SO many products. I go a whole 45 minutes out of my to go to this store instead of the one 10 minutes away from my house.

The pharmacists the night of Dec 22nd, especially the PIC, did seem to understand that insulin syringes are an OVER THE COUNTER product. I should not have to patronize CVS and have an insulin prescription on file AT ANY CVS to buy syringes. I explained this to a pharmacist at this same store that was rude about a year ago, but since haven’t had any problems. I use an independent pharmacy & I ran out of syringes. It’s Christmas weekend! I was literally denied service. Denied the device I needed to inject my insulin! You should not treat your customers as if they are purchasing syringes for illicit drugs. As a pharmacist for 22 years. I am insulted and will never recommended this pharmacy to anyone as a registered pharmacist for a variety of reasons, but mainly bc of their absolutely poor customer service, lack of knowledge of several staff. They embarrassed me in front of other customers. I asked for the district manager’s number and the PIC said well you can just talk to me. NO! I need the district manager. He refused to give me a number. Now I’m going to call headquarters. Absolutely ridiculous. So now I can’t give myself my shot.

Cashier told me that the only way I can opt out of them selling my number because that’s what they do, I have to call some number. She didn’t feel the need to write the number down. So when I figured I’ll just do her job for her and opt out using the keypad now all of a sudden her hands are too clean to give me my receipt as if I don’t know what that behavior means smh.

Store was clean and well organized. Checking out was a failure. The lady before me had problems checking out at the self checkout. She finally succeeded. I tried to check out and the scanner would not scan the barcodes on 1/2 of my products. I finally managed to get to the end and the machine said complete, but would not produce a receipt. The only employee visible in the store said he would help me, but when a male customer came in an loudly asked for assistance with a return, the employee turned his back on me and helped the new customer with his return. I took the products back and tried again at self checkout. Machine would not scan. I left the products on the scanner and left the store. Went to the older CVS on Pearland Parkway and Broadway and made my purchases. Please staff your stores with employees who can checkpeople out.

I will no longer be using this pharmacy after my experience last week. My young child had an antibiotic called in on Wednesday I was told it was out of stock but would be ready by 1pm the following day. I called at 1pm Thursday and they told me it was still processing but would be ready by 3:30pm. I called at 4:30 waited on hold for over 15 minutes no one answered. When I arrived at the drive thru at 5pm the lady was extremely rude. My husband who is disabled and hard of hearing ask the lady to please speak up because he could not hear her. At this point she became very irritated raised her voice and said it’s not ready there was an issue with insurance. When he asked what the issue was she refused to tell him and said it’s going to be 25 minutes. He tried to explain we had a sick child who needed her medicine and she cut him off and said it’s going to be 25 minutes. I then went inside to find out what was wrong and was told they didn’t click the right button so it didn’t go through. After waiting 10 minutes I was given the medication. She didn’t offer any flavoring or anything so I assumed it was already flavored. We get home and it wasn’t flavored at all! Thankfully I have a child who will take her medicine regardless if it tastes awful. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. H‑E‑B pharmacy has not only better prices but friendlier staff. The lady obviously didn’t know what she is doing and needs to get retrained before she hurts someone.

I went in at night to get my passport photo taken. Chad was incredible in not only helping me accomplish that, but also getting me signed up for the extra care program and making me aware of the many benefits it offers. We even brainstormed ways to use my $10 reward. He was truly awesome.

Everytime I come here I’m followed around by the white male manager. I am sending my medication to a different pharmacy and won’t shop here again. Letting my neighbors know not to as well. Better service and staff at the other location nearby anyway. The pharmacy team is wonderful but I can’t give business to a place treating me like a criminal.
