This rating is specifically for my maintenance man, Geo. He is always friendly and he always does the best to his ability to fix whatever is wrong in my apartment. He also comes in a timely manner after me submitting a service request. Thank you Geo for all that you do!

Ruuunnnn! I had an experience with this property and somehow they keep popping up to haunt me. I initially applied with the intention of moving in, but what I encountered raised serious concerns about safety, professionalism, and basic customer service.
The first major issue was discovering a man inside the apartment I was supposed to move into—after I had already began bringing my belongings in. This was terrifying, and I genuinely feared for my safety. Instead of handling the situation with urgency, care, or accountability, I was met with dismissive attitudes and poor communication from staff members.
The leasing agent I worked with, Beyoncé, was unprofessional from the beginning. At one point she answered the phone for her boyfriend while I was sitting there waiting. She pulled AirPods from the left side of her desk and they started talking about what they were going to do later.
Naturally after having to call the police about the man in my apartment I decided not to move in. I was told I would be issued a refund check, yet the check never came. I eventually had to work with my bank to place a stop payment. Over a month later, I received an email from the complex stating that I owed them $30 for the stop payment fee—a fee they caused in the first place by failing to send the refund. Even if this was “system-generated,” any competent apartment manager should have immediately removed the charge upon review.
When I called to get clarification, the person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. The manager refused to speak to me directly, choosing instead to pass messages through the leasing agent. The leasing agent’s tone was snarky, condescending, and belittling, as though I was the one at fault for their repeated mistakes and unprofessional behavior. Am I missing something here? Why are you treating me like I’m the one who leased an apartment with a man/squatter inside???
Overall, my experience with Cobblestone Park Apartments shows a serious lack of professionalism, communication, empathy, and accountability. I walked away feeling unsafe, disrespected, and frustrated that a situation that should have been handled with care was instead met with hostility and negligence!! ….ugh!
I would not recommend this community to anyone, especially those who value safety, clear communication, and professionalism.

If I could give these apartments 0 stars, I would. From the moment we have moved in, there have been numerous issues of non communication from the leading office. The staff are horrible- so rude, not patient , & they have no patience. They will suck every penny out of you for anything & everything. I have never once missed a payment , nor have I ever paid late. There was an issue processing the payment through the website so they charged me a $200 fee. & that’s just the most recent issue. I am more than happy to say that I’m finally moving out. 100% do not recommend.

If you’re a loner with no friends/family, this is the perfect complex. If you want to have any visitors, tell them to park at the Walmart parking lot off broadway walk about 2 miles to the complex. That’s pretty much the only way your visitors will have somewhere to park. There are only about 10 spots for visitors currently and about 6 of them are residents with permit stickers that can park anywhere else. Then you have the same little blue Honda car there that NEVER moves 24/7. Probably inoperable. Parking on the street will result in a beautiful bright orange sticker that’s hard to get get off on your car telling you not to park on the street again or your car will be towed. I’m sure management will comment on this post saying “there is parking marked visitor” OR “we see you’re not a resident” or some other bs. BUT THERE IS NO PARKING FOR MORE THAN A FEW RESIDENTS

It’s a shame that I’ve been trying to resolve an issue via phone and email, but the only thing you guys seem to respond to are reviews! Freaking Sad!

WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO PARK!? Makes zero sense to live in a place where I can’t visit my family bc I’m worried about being towed.

I’d give negative stars if possible! Permit to visitor parking spots are completely impractical, and unless you’re able to pay over $350 in tow and storage fees you’re better off parking on the street and walking 10 minutes to your vehicle. If you plan on living here make sure you don’t have any visitors.
