We visited the store looking to upgrade my wedding ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. Jer showed us many different rings. Jer was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We returned the next day and made a purchase! Thank you Jer for being so very kind, patient and helpful. We love our new ring!!!!

This’s a jewelry store but they don’t have tools to measure how wide the item is. Are you deeply serious ? or you guys just don’t want to help me out because I look poor. I need an answer from a manager at this location.

The Zales location in Mansfield, TX has become my new home for my wife and I. Had I known about this location before recently I would have been left the Cedar Hill location alone. Everyone at this location is nice, they great you when you walk in and you don’t feel the eyes staring at you like you don’t belong. Mrs. Pam didn’t hesitate to greet and help me out when I walked in to pick up my wedding ring, which seemed like forever when I dropped it off due to one of my baguettes being broken (which Cedar Hill location never caught)! But overall this is my go to location, I was able to purchase an anniversary gift for my wife and purchase myself a new necklace. I can’t recall the other lady that helps me out when I go in but everyone is so helpful! They have definitely won me over as a customer!

Pam was excellent! Very patient and knowledgeable on all the jewlery in store. Helped me extensively, find the best back up gift for my wife until main gift arrived. Overall she's your go to girl ! Thank you !

Kay was a great help to me by going about and beyond to find my purchase history to log that my ring was inspected. Then was given documents to have for next time and updated information so it will pull up next time. I greatly appreciate her. Great job Kay!

I had the opportunity to be helped by a sales rep that really cared about the customer. She allowed me to say what I wanted but shared her knowledge with me to help me make an excellent piece for myself and my granddaughter. Kudos for Zales customer service.

Very disappointed that I had to pay for a replacement diamond that fell out of my wife’s wedding band.
What ever you do folks, don’t miss your diamond and ring inspection. They will charge you if a diamond falls out of you ring.
I have never had a diamond fall out of a ring until I bought my wife’s wedding ring and bands here as well as my wedding band here. I’m starting to question the quality of the product here. That’s 2 diamonds that have fallen out of hers and 1 that fell out of mine.

I can say without any doubt that this location has the best staff! I have been to a lot of Zales locations in Texas so I can confidently say this as a fact.Today I needed my jewelry inspected and cleaned. The employee was so friendly and gave outstanding service! I really wish now that I had asked her name to give her a shoutout. Even the other employee working had a smile to offer, amazing.

Kay was amazing!! I lost my paperwork after a fire years ago and was previously told they couldn’t find my wedding set purchase in their system. Kay took her time and went above and beyond to look up my diamond bonds. Very happy!! Because she went above and beyond I decided to buy another ring. ❤️ thank you Kay! ?

My boyfriend, my most favorite human in the world, has spoiled me with a ring and a necklace from Zales. The people who work here are very kind and generous. They help you find exactly what you want, in my case something that will last for infinite wear.
