Love my 2 post lift from Worth.Steve and Kimberly are great to work with. After the installation, had a issue that Kimberly walked me through it and it is fixed. Been very please with the lift and support from Worth!I would definitely recommend Worth to anyone looking for a USA made 2 post lift. My lift probably took around 12-14 weeks to be delivered and installed.Never used a lift before but it is a huge benefit when working on your vehicle.Mark (Wichita Falls, Tx)

I surely have had my fair share of concerns about the Worth lift I purchased.. First, ordered in March, received the end of August, second; once received, the lift looked beaten up with scratches and marks all over it, third; pin holes for the arms had weld spatter, fourth; hydraulic hose barely reached pump; fifth and final; the diagram to run the steel cables was difficult to understand.Yet, I followed up with Steve on my concern of the delay in receiving. Steve called me and we discussed his challenges he was facing and stated I would receive by the end of August, which I did. In fact, we had a few laughs on the phone.. Yes, lift had scratches and scraps all over, but I took some paint to the automotive place and for $20 bucks got a spray can with the exact color and painted over the marks.I took my small sanding drum and with my drill, sanded down all the weld spatter, which did not take long. I went to the hydraulic hose business and purchased a straight extension for the bottom , which gave me a couple extra inches. Ignored the drawing and just looked at the lift and my son and I figured out how the cables should go..Yes, all a bit frustrating and about $30 bucks spent, but what I will say is that I am happy with my Worth lift. It works flawlessly, lifted my heavy 7,000 lbs., truck with no issue, the truck extenders are so helpful, especially on the lifted Jeep. If you stop and look at that Worth lift, it is made with some solid thick pieces of steel and this lift will be around a long long time.. In the end, I am glad to have purchased my Worth lift. It is a beast!

The employees at worth equipment are first class, I had purchased a used two post lift off of an individual and the motor went out on it after using it for a year, so I called them about a new power unit they told me that it would be a direct bolt on for the lift I already have and they was correct, after receiving it I had it changed out in less than two hours and was ready to start using again. Once again the employees at worth were very helpful would highly recommend anyone to give worth a try if your in the market for a lift, thanks again for all your help!

I recently purchased a 4 post 12000EWT lift with (2) of the 8000lb Bridge jacks. While trying to decide on which lift to purchase, I consulted the sales department at Worth several times and they were very patient and helped me decide on the appropriate lift and options to fit my needs. After receiving the lift and installing (which I did myself), I can honestly say I'm very impressed and pleased with my purchase. The lift works flawlessly and install was easier than expected. The material used and quality of construction is exactly what I expected when purchasing a product made in the USA. Quality and longevity are very important to me. I have been in metal fabrication for a long time and can honestly say I wouldn't change anything about how this lift is built....from design to the thickness of the steel used. I honestly don't know why anyone would purchase a different brand lift from overseas (which is basically every other brand). I looked at several other major brands in person and there is absolutely no comparison. The prices and lead times were basically the same. There is no doubt that Worth lifts are far superior than any of their competitors. I can assure you I will only be buying Worth lifts in the future. If you value quality and craftsmanship, buy a Worth lift. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent lifts. I purchased a two post lift years ago - still works great. I recently purchased a 12000EWT and could not be happier. These guys make high quality, heavy duty AMERICAN made lifts. The lift was a little scratched up from shipping, but they sent me touch up paint and took care of me. I do not understand the negative review from Lalk. He obviously doesn't understand quality, how a lift works and goes together. Shame on him for trashing this company. Anyone looking to buy a lift from Worth should know that they have been making thousands of lifts for decades so they know what they are doing! Love my Worth lifts!!!

I purchased a Worth two post10000 lift in March 2020. This is one heavy duty lift. They customized it for me - wider and a little shorter to fit my garage. My neighbors have the import lifts and there is no comparison on the quality. The couple auto shops and muffler shops around me have Worth lifts so I looked into Worth. They quoted me around 8 weeks to build and ship and it was a little longer. I spoke with them and they updated me and called me ahead of time before they shipped it to make sure I was ready. They are real factory here in the US and you can actually call and get a person to answer questions. Worth has a lot of lifts out there I am sure so I didn't pay much attention to the few reviews which mostly addressed the shipping companies handling of the lifts. I have bought several other things that were shipped by freight line so I am aware that they can handle the freight without regard to damages but my lift came in pretty well intact. It was wrapped up but one of the decals got scratch up and Worth sent me a new one right away. I agree with the last review. Worth is definitely the best purchase.

I ordered the 2 post lift beginning of October 2019 and was not informed about the typical 8 week lead time until I contacted them. I had to pre-pay the 4,694 dollars up front. It is now the end of December and still no lift. I talked to them three weeks ago and was told the lift was in paint and an arm was still being made. They do not keep you informed as to why the delay. I am losing business as the result of no lift. They boast about quality and made in america. Does not say much about their customers concerns. The 8 week lead time should be mentioned in their online ads and customers should not have to pay up front if they get no guarantee on delivery. You do not find out any of these facts until after the order. Very poor business practices. Little wonder they have a "C" rating. I will not recommend them to anybody else.

We purchased a Custom Height 12k two-post lift in Oct 2018 and we just purchased another 12k. There was a significant lead time on receiving the lift but we were informed of this beforehand. These lifts are built in the USA, and are well worth the wait. We are replacing all of our Bendpak lifts with lifts from Worth. We looked at all of the other brands of lifts and we are very glad we chose Worth. There is no comparison to the quality and strength of a Worth lift, especially for the price. The only comparable built in the USA lift is thousands more and in my opinion, doesn't justify the increased cost. Other reviewers stated the lift was "scratched" and the hydraulics were leaking upon receipt. We have purchased 8-10 lifts from other companies over the years and have yet to get a single lift that wasn't scratched or dinged in shipping, it is going to happen and there's nothing anyone can do about it. The hydraulics on our lift didn't leak because we thoroughly checked every connection BEFORE we ran the lift for the first time. If your looking for an extremely well-built lift make sure you call Steve at Worth and talk to him before buying anything else.

I have been purchasing lifts from Worth for many years. My last purchase was in April 2019. I have read the recent negative review and I must say I am perplexed with this reviewer. Worth builds heavy duty American made lifts - no question. I cannot wear mine out and I purchased the first one over 20 years ago! There is a lead time which is understandable - I waited just about 8-1/2 maybe 9 weeks for my last custom two post. We did have a few freight scratches on one lift but Worth sent us custom spray paint which worked perfect. In all the years we have called, we always get taken care of. I have a couple of people I know personally who have Worth lifts and have all had great luck with them. I would highly recommend. In my opinion, the person who posted pictures of things he thought are wrong doesn’t really know better.

Great American made lift for the money. Very happy with my 10,000lbs 2 post lift. Read some of the complaints below and am surprised and find some of them greatly exaggerated. Yes the lift could have arrived a little sooner and yes there were a few shipping scratches. As for scratches; well it’s a heavy lift being moved by freight companies and it’s gonna happen! I’m sure Worth could ship it in a padded crate but who is going to want to pay for that? Worth is a great lift and a great value. I know two other folks using worth and we all agree they are a great lift. FYI, when the installer delivered and installed my lift they had a Bendpak 10,000 lift and there was no comparison as to the quality of parts and thickness of steel used. Oh, and the Bendpak was scratched just as much as my worth.

Stay away! I have filed with BBB and Wisconsin consumer protection agency against this company. I was told 8 weeks like the other reviews, it took 18 weeks and 2 days to get. Like the other reviewers, the lift is trashed once you get it. There is no skid, no protection of any kind except half corrugated cardboard and shrink wrap. What this means is your lift will be arriving scratched and beat to hell. Besides all of this, the main upright column base plates as well as the column extensions, and column top plates are visibly bent from the welding process. There is not a square or straight bolting surface on this thing. I complained to Steve Prater (president) who first told me he was wasting his time talking to someone who doesn't know anything about lifts. He then told me this is normal and all his lifts are like this. Since he told me this, I have checked other manufacturers, talked with separate companies who sell and install lifts, and they all say this is not normal. Who would want to stand underneath this thing having no straight bolting surfaces with a vehicle on it? Besides this, the pins for the lifting arms do not go in because they are filled with weld spatter. Also the brochure states all two posts lifts come with a 3 HP power unit. Mine came with a 2 HP. When I asked about this Steve told me he put a sticker on it that says it has the torque of a 3.5 hp motor. I googled the part number and could not find any info backing that up. He also said he has a disclaimer saying prices and specifications can change without notice. Besides all the defects this thing has, this is not the quality American made piece I had originally thought. It is very basic, and crude compared to most all other lifts, definitely lacking some convenient features. Worth will not refund my money or warranty it for defect. Please learn from my mistakes, stay away from Worth Equipment.

Purchased a 10k 2 post lift from Worth. Dealt directly with Steve Prater. I believe he is the owner. All of my calls , emails and questions were answered very promptly, usually within a day. The only issue I had was with the trucking company. They destroyed the lift in shipping. I called Steve , sent pictures and he built a new lift and took back the damaged unit. As for the function of this lift , it is top flight. I have no concerns being under this well made , AMERICAN MADE lift??. If you need a lift , that you can trust and a company that stands behind their product, give Steve Prater @ WORTH EQUIPMENT a call.
