I've been banking at this same location for many years. Usually just to get a cashier's checks or minor transaction. Today I wanted to withdraw $1600 cash. I was told they could only give me $500 in hundreds and the rest in other denominations. Maybe this particular branch at Blvd 26 in North Richland Hills, TX is shutting down because the drive-thru was completely closed also. The teller said they were short on cash I replied, there is no way that a Wells Fargo bank doesn't have nine more hundred dollar bills. I don't want 50's or 20's and I'm not asking for an unusual amount. She was so insistent that she could not give me sixteen hundred dollar bills that she recommended that I drive to another branch location. I will not be surprised to find this branch shut down soon. WF closed a nearby branch in Haltom City recently. I wonder if I should be concerned about my deposit?

I have been banking here for 10 years. I started an LLC and wanted to open a business account. River Stone refused to open it because he said when he googled the business name it did not come up under the business address. We started our business 10 days so how in the heck the business address will come up so soon? I felt that I was being treated like a criminal. Ten years with them with no issues plus we had our mortgage with them for years and this is how they treat a loyal customer. I will be leaving this bank and going where we can grow our business. On a better note, Twanna is awesome. She always has been since day 1!

I have no account at this bank. I went in to cash a check drawn on this bank. The teller was nice, but good grief, it was an act of congress to get the $40 check cashed. I used a passport for ID. She wanted a 2nd form of ID. Informed her the check was in my maiden name and my DL in my married name. She wanted 3 more forms of ID. I almost felt like a criminal. This is not the way to attract customers.

Had some fraudulent transactions, including checks stolen and cashed by someone else. Found more of checks on the person made copies, have confession texts, spent about $14,000 in 2 months and so far they have not helped at all despite how many times I've made and attended appointments. One appointment the guy was nee

Poor, poor, poor customer service. I used the drive thru today. When I pulled up to the tub area the teller looked at me and did not greet me- rude and unprofessional. I waited at the bank drive thru tub for 17 minutes. Whenever I looked towards the teller window one of three tellers we’re standing staring at me. If they had spent the same amount of time processing my transactions as they did staring at me, my transaction would have processed timely. Also I was the ONLY vehicle to use the drive thru during those 17 minutes. As I was I leaving the drive thru I called the branch 7 different times within one hour. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. This is unacceptable behavior. I have four accounts with Wells Fargo including my mortgage. If I am forced to write another negative review I will take my business elsewhere. Again, poor, poor, poor customer service. It is pathetic and inexcusable.

I can not believe how slow and unattentive or considerate this bank is. Can not talk to someone EVER unless you make appointments days out. Even if you need a quick signature verification they will ignore you and skip to the next appointment…even if they do have the time. Small talk until they don’t have time for you. Mistake opening an account here!

The restroom at Aldi next door, was out of service. My 3 year old had to use the bathroom and the gentleman at Aldi said to come over to this bank, as that’s what their employees had been doing. However the woman working at the bank when we walked in was exceptionally rude in letting us know she could not use theirs. A 3 year old. If I was looking for a bank I would absolutely not choose this one. What a terrible experience, in front of other patrons as well. Reading other reviews now I can see we are not alone in our treatment of the working employees at this bank.

Horrible customer service and this branch is mismanaged. The wait time to visit with a bank teller is on average 30 minutes. They have two bank tellers assigned to the drive through and only one inside the branch. They're solution to long wait times is directing you to transact with the ATM.

This bank is the worst. Called them told them I was setting my check up for direct deposit. I was told no problem. Needless to say they actually closed my account 5 days before my direct deposit was susuppose to be to go in.through. So of course I did not receive a check. When I called I was told the check would be sent back right away well guess what, not!!! Three phone call, three different answers. Ridiculous

07/13/2022: I came in for a scheduled 3:00pm appointment to open a business account. Hispanic lady seated to the right cubicle of the entrance door who was assigned to my appointment started by telling me she was "expecting this appointment to be for opening a personal account, not a business account"; tried to make it look like it was my fault that her schedule for the day had the wrong information. I asked her what did it matter and she said that business accounts took longer than usual and she was not going to allow my appointment to encroach into her 4:00pm client. Wow! I reminded her about the proverbial "pie in the sky" Here I am with a $22,000 check to keep in your bank for my business and you would rather send me away for a 4:00pm personal appointment with no guarantee that the client would even show up. When I explained that I had driven all the way from my job in Frisco to make this appointment, it did not seem to matter to her. She took my LLC formation certificate and went into one of the back offices and stayed there for 20 minutes. Then she came out and said, "Well, we have less than 30 minutes left and we cannot open a business account in that time frame. Can I schedule you for another day?"I took my check and walked away. I have no plans of going back to this Wellsfargo branch again. I will be contacting their corporate office about this treatment especially because I have been banking with Wellsfargo for almost 15 years. I am even considering moving all of my money elsewhere after this encounter. I get soliciting emails daily from Chase, Capital One, and Bank of America, all bending over with tempting offers to get me to open a business account with them. I am scratching my head as to how a business can hire this kind of person to deal with their customers. Very bad for business. Very very bad....
