They literally never answer the phone. Must keep them unplugged or something. Corporate needs to do an audit on this branch and the employee.

Saturday 11:25 am…12 people in line…Maybe if you didn’t close at noon it would space customers out more…Also when I walked in only 2 tellers…I stand here looking at your big business rule logo and think to myself, really?

Gone are the days that they ever answer the phone. Don't bother calling because it send you to an automated service.
