I had a wheel lock that would not come off. The team at Walnut Creek was dedicated to helping me and did a great job to complete my request- including ordering a special tool to accommodate the work. They are honest and good mechanics, and I recommend you consider using them for servicing your vehicles.

Slow service came in for an oil change and a state inspection took an 1hr and 15 minutes there was no wait time they took me in right away but will never ever get an oil change there ever again to damn expensive $100 for off brand synthetic oil and couldn’t change my air filter could of went to Walmart for the oil change and got a new air filter on top of actually getting a name brand synthetic oil for less than what I got charged there they couldn’t even tell me what’s the name brand of the oil and what makes it better than Mobil one or valvoline!

Brought my 2020 Honda Civic here and they fixed my A/C issue. Cost about $299. Not too bad at all. Customer service was good.
I would suggest only a few things to this business:
1.Call customer during the day to give them an update and estimated pickup time.
2.Call customer when you’ve diagnosed the problem and give them repair estimate and then approve.
Just some simple things to make it an even better experience. I really do appreciate them getting my car in same day and fixing my issue. All around a great experience! Would recommend!
