My first order from this location. I ordered groceries online Tuesday, 08/01/2023. I scheduled the pickup for the next day, between 10-11 a.m. My order was ready on time and all items were included. Very convenient.

Highly suggest going anywhere else for tire and lube service. If you do not make an appointment online they decide putting anyone who makes an appointment online goes in-front of you even after. After 1 hour of waiting patiently since 10:30 i noticed my vehicle was not yet pulled in, all my tires are from Walmart due to accidents while traveling and Walmart is usually available in a pinch. I asked reception about how much of a wait did I have due to my vehicle being in for warranty with tire. She let me know no one had an appointment at 12 and they would help me then. I come back around another hour later and watch them take my car and park it elsewhere to pull in a different car at 12:30. It has now been 2 hours. I ask why they moved my car and they said someone made an appointment online. Even during speaking to lube management he also throws his hands in the air explaining I don't know when we will get to your car because now there is a 15 car pile up for lube service. Let me guess they made an appointment online? I ask for my keys and go to discount tire and less than an hour with 15 people ahead of me there we are finished! But wait guess what I had to purchase a new tire due to the one I bought from Walmart 4 months ago being unrepairable and tread at a 4. How does that happen to a 2022 tire you ask yeah me to. Discount tire says I should go back and speak to store manager to help resolve why the 4 month old tire was at a 4 tread and if there was any way to help dispute. The store manager on duty was frustrated with me even making an attempt to resolve even with all my paperwork showing how long I'd had the tire the tread report on all my tires and decided to speak in a merry go round on what he was saying every next sentence was something different and when I questioned him he decided to raise his voice to me and tell me his manger told him to do nothing for me and if I was going to question him he wouldn't help me with nothing either. I tell him he's confusing me by saying he's offering a refund but when asking something further he says we'll your just getting a refund for how much tread is left on tire I'm returning? I tell him once more I purchased the tire 4 months ago and was told by lube management it may have been a defective tire. He tells me to take the partial refund or nothing " I deal with this everyday and walks away." I head inside and overhear them talking about my tire and how they would issue refund with their tread calculator and also charge me. So I receive $30 back for my 4 month old tire I paid $100 for but not until 3pm and not until getting yelled at by your available management. Discount tire is absolutely amazing! They are quick and effective. Their customer care is excellent and I suggest Walmart takes a few pointers from how they care for their customers because guess what tire and lube Walmart they also have people booking online!

I called the Customer Service department and it took FOREVER to get to someone. I gave them my name and that I had lost my check book possibly there. They stated to wait on the phone while they look. They hung up on me. I tried calling again and they never picked up the phone. Either they know where it is and they're thieves or they don't want to look because it's work. Either way it's trash there. NOW I have to go up there and DEMAND someone help me with this. Ugh! What trash people work there. No wonder Walmart is one of the worst places to go shopping.

Everytime I've ordered something from Walmart to be delivered never gets home on time There is always delays. I'm sick of this, I will never order anything else to be delivered, I'll find somewhere else. I'm done.

Large Almaty in Mansfield. Nice clearance racks -- store is clean and organized. Beware: they have lots of baked goods!! Friendly service. I had to ask 2 sales associates where certain items were located, and both were extremely knowledgeable. Easter merch is hitting the shelves - lots of cute decor. He is risen!!

The didn't want to price match my items form the price of the app I don't recommend talking to the manager (Jacob)he didn't do anything about it and they also kept me waiting for 30 mins because the self checkout froze very bad customer service

DO NOT get prescriptions here. they will send you a conformation that your script is ready and you walk in and it isnt. i have gone here the past 5 times and the same things have happened everytime. Shelves are never stocked either.Horrible

This may be a first, a wal-mart getting 4 or more stars. But I went there apparently just at the right time as all the planet's were in alignment in the middle of a Saturday afternoon and was able to get an oil change immediately. Now the oil change was uneventful other than I had to sign a waiver of stupidity that my dipstick was dry when they checked it. Another cya move by Wal-Mart. They also took pics of my vehicle like Don Davis does so I can't blame them for the rusted dents in the side of my truck. And they charged me for an extra quart of oil since my truck hold 5 quarts instead of 4 which is what their cheap oil changes advertised are based on. I'm ok with though since I didn't have to wait and it's still 20.00 cheaper than valvoline oil change (well actually not cheaper since I didn't pay anything, but didn't get anything). The only reason didn't give Wal-Mart 5 stars is that they didn't give me my "idiot it's time to change your oil sticker" and I had to go back and ask for it.

The management at this location is an absolute joke. My son got a job here as an overnight stocker and actually enjoyed his job. He told me stories of how the leads and managers are the laziest people working in the store and how they all just stand around and play on their phones in little "hiding" areas while they yell at the hourly employees to work harder. He also told me how they don't pay their employees for overtime unless management "approves" the employee to receive the pay, regardless of how many hours over 40 that they work during the week. He also told me how they fire employees for just looking at the managers funny. BUT, because he was enjoying his job, I just assumed it couldn't be as bad as he was saying until our entire household caught Covid at the tail end of December. I actually ended up on a ventilator and in ICU all of January. What I found out after I was taken off the breathing machine and woke up confirmed all of what he said. They obviously told him he had to quarantine for ten days or until he got a negative Covid test, but when he was ready to go back to work he logged in to find the FIRED HIM for NOT CALLING IN EVERY DAY OF HIS QUARANTINE... EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER TOLD HIM HE HAD TO DO THAT! He never got any calls from a manager or any notice from his team lead. He found out he was fired when he could no longer log into the employee schedule and he had to go up there and ask why! And NOW he can't get his tax forms either as nobody "knows" how to get them to him and the store manager is "never there" to access the paperwork. Corporate says he has to go through the store he worked at and the store he worked at won't give them to him. Walmart is truly a piece of work, to say the least. Now I believe EVERY bad thing said about this place... hands down.

Thank you to Dedra in optical for being so wonderful! I came in on a mission to find nose pads for my eye glasses. Not only did she help me find the right size and kind for my glasses, she installed them for me and cleaned my glasses! Thank you for the blessing of Dedra!

I've been very disappointed with this Walmart the last few months. While it is significantly cleaner and less busy than the one on Cooper in Arlington, there's a big disadvantage. This store has remodeled the entire check out area to include a whopping 32 self check out lines. When you have a large amount of groceries or large items, it's incredibly difficult to use the self checkout. It would be nice to be able to go through a line with a cashier, however they usually only have 1 or 2 lanes like that open and the lines are HUGE. Additionally, not everyone is able to use the self check outs for various reasons. And it takes a while to get someone to check ID for alcohol. I'll keep shopping here for the low prices, but more cashiers (more jobs!) would be a welcome improvement.

If I could give this experience lower than a 1 star I would. On Sunday 11/28 I went into Walmart to purchase some supplies for my 2 year old son. I purchased a baby monitor that had a scanning issue at check out and caused the system to basically double charge me for 230.58. I was assisted by Team Lead Martha and her store manager Steve who wouldn't even come from where he was to directly take care of the issue. Long story short it is now day 4 and I have yet to receive my money. I have called their Electronic Payment line everyday since I made my first complaint for over an hour every time and I've got no response. I can't imagine how many times this must happen at Walmart as I see a few other stories about the same sort of issue. There needs to be a BBB investigation into how much money Walmart is thieving from customers through "erroneous" transactions.

I used this in Febuary and they brought 270.00 and some change in grocery items, many were wrong items and duplicates. We sent back about half of it. I have yet to get a refund. This is expensive to use , you have to tip the delivery people on top of the 12.95 to use the service. If you call you are connected to a call center in India. Good luck , they told me that I would have a refund to my account in 48 hrs. Never came. I called back and the next person told me I would have to have my bank do a take back. My bank can't fo that, it's been to long. I am totally disabled and house bound. I thought delivery would be great. No it's a nightmare.

Extremely rude cashier named Katherine at the speedy checkout on 01/06/21. She was completely rude to us when we asked about a product that we saw online that had a different price. She even held up the line to be nosy when the csms came to talk to me they had already suspended my transaction but she was just standing there being in everybody's business instead of helping the 7 people she had lined up waiting to be checked out. Very frustrating time I had for my first visit
