Again with this pharmacy. I've had multiple issues with this place. Getting your prescription shouldn't be this hard Today I went to the doctor and they sent my prescription. Then I called because my experience has been if I don't call it won't get filled. The person proceeded to tell me they hadn't recieved it then said she was going to check somewhere else and found it which is odd but ok. She asked if I needed it today which, yes, I do, I'm sick. They said it should be ready in the next two hours. I called and checked two hours later through the automated syatem but it states there are no prescriptions being worked on. I chose to talk to a live person who says "oh, we just got it" which is not true. She says she will try to get it moved up and done by close. When I called back the automated system tells me it will be ready tomorrow after 4pm! Really! I don't care if you're cheaper I am willing to pay more to get better service. What needs to happen to get better service here, it's dreadful.

Employees are rude. I had to tell an employee that I prefer to scan my own items and by the third time she told me "fine just stand there "just because I didn't want to go to the other registers that were operated by employees. Other employees saw how upset she made me and thought it was a joke and continue to laugh.

I have used this pharmacy for years and when both my parents passed away they sent a condolence card which meant a lot. Great people

If you want to waste your time, go to this pharmacy. They don't know the procedures well and they hurt the patients.

The pharmacy here sucks. He prepared to wait in like for 30 minutes even if you’re the only person in line. They have no sense of urgency.

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are, EVEN WHEN THEY SEND YOU A TEXT SAYING THEY ARE. I also waited in line for 10 mins and the girl looked at me pull up to the window and closed the blinds…

I called to check on a prescription and when I pressed to talk to a live person? Someone picked up and then just hung up immediately. I thought it might have been a mistake. So I dialed again, and they picked up finally then said, "Can I place you on a brief hold?" I said, "Yes" then they just put me on hold. They didn't announce it was Wal-Mart pharmacy, didn't say thank you, nothing. Then the hold wasn't brief it took them more than 10 minutes to and then THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!! They didn't get back on every so often to check on me. I think they wanted to wait me out so that I could hang up. This place is HORRIBLE with customer service. Why even have a phone number to call if you're not going to help people on it? Management needs to get on this IMMEDIATELY!!! These people treat you like trash on the phone. And they barely do their job as employees when you go to the pharmacy. The only person I have had a good experience with? Is the actual pharmacist, the older gentleman. Everyone else is garbage at their job. They don't look at you, or address you correctly. This place needs some new management IMMEDIATELY!!!

Walmart grocery store. Not crowded. Any grocery items you can think you need and then some. Adorable prices. Clean. Friendly knowledgeable staff. This locations has some household items as well. It's like a small convenient Walmart store.

I have a family member that uses this pharmacy - its an insurance thing - and this pharmacy is really hit or miss.I personally believe that they are very understaffed. The employees are friendly but even if my family member receives a text saying that the medicine is ready for pick-up, it may not actually be ready for pick-up. My husband has sat in the drive through line for over 45 minutes waiting for the medicine to be ready.We have had the incorrect medicine given to us (right medicine, wrong dosage) and it really affected how fast my family member was able to get well since the pharmacy ordered a less strong medicine as opposed to the one the doctor prescribed. And this medicine is kind of a difficult medicine to find so they had to special order it. It was a mess and we eventually got the right medicine but it was quite the hassle.The pharmacist is very nice and will answer all your questions patiently and thoroughly. The employees are also very nice. It just seems like the medicines are not consistently ready in a timely manner and we often have to call before we leave to pick up the medicine and if it is not ready at the time of the call, we may have to go another time. Since my husband and I both work full time, the pharmacy has limited hours, and my other family member doesn't drive sometimes we don't have the flexibility we need to go out and pick-up the medicine when they say it will be ready and sometimes it isn't ready even after the pharmacy will tell us it will be ready. That is why I think they are understaffed. Or maybe they have inefficient practices that leave them disorganized. I don't know but I feel like they should review their practices and procedures or higher more people.

Worst experience! My husband just got out of surgery, he waited 30 mins in line and then after it should be our turn but the young oriental gentleman who served us picked the phone up my father in-law said “it’s not fair we have been waiting this long” , the man then told him “it’s not fair haha “ , then hung up the phone while he was sitting there and served another customer who had just walked in . My husband is in a lot of pain he waited more than thirty mins in line this isn’t a way to deal with someone. They know he had surgery, they can easily seen on the cameras that we waited so long and he just walked in and got served .No compassion at all ! This employee was so rude! I was a pharmacy tech and that’s not how you treat a surgery patient !!!!!
