Walgreens is located on E Broad and off Miller, serving the community of Mansfield, TX, with pharmaceutical needs and prescriptions and many more items such as medicines for headaches, colds , and flu. I usually come here to pick up my prescriptions that are sent from my primary care doctor, and every time I have picked them up, I have had no issues. When you are picking up your prescriptions, the directions are easy to follow, such as telling the pharmacist some basic info about yourself and providing an ID. Please note that the staff is on a short lunch break from 1:30 - 2:00 pm so there will be no service provided. There are chairs inside the lobby where you can sit down in and wait, or you can always walk around the store and shop and pay at the pharmacy counter when you are issued your medication. Overall, the staff and team do a great job fulfilling your medical needs, and I have never waited long. Upon checking out, I am always asked if I have any questions about the medicine, and I find it great that they are fulfilling great service to the customer since they are the subject matter expert in field. They will even go over prices for each product to check and verify that you are content in paying the prices your insurance has set. Great job, and thank you for everything you're doing to keep the community healthy and happy.

The pharmacy at this location is the absolute worst. Prescriptions are rarely ready when they are supposed to be. When they do actually call you to come pickup you still have to wait when you get there because they have not actually filled them yet, or claim that they don't have your prescription even though they called you. Something is severely broken there.

Pharmacist (She) is very rude and hung the phone up in my face while I was trying to inquire about a hold up with my insurance. I went back today and had the same issue with them telling me they didn't have a prescription for me (although I had two recent texts from the store's automated system stating otherwise), so I told the tech that was inaccurate. The tech told me to hold, then returned to tell me my insurance verification system must be down—then she gestured towards the same unprofessional pharmacist from my last visit—who seemed to ignore her.Mind you, I was told by the Pharmacist that this same system error was the hold up during my original visit to pick up the same prescription (Tuesday of this week). I had also previously verified with my insurance company the price and eligibility to have my prescription filled by Walgreens via phone. If Walgreens computer system is down they should apply critical thinking and verify by phone. So, after nearly five days, thanks to the Pharmacy Manager Tracy that assisted the clueless tech, they finally processed my prescription with verified insurance. No apology, thanks, or otherwise was rendered due to the inconvenience caused which impacted my daily health.I will submit this complaint to Walgreens Corporate. I am sure Walgreens does not support unprofessionalism nor mistreatment of customers.I will never fill prescriptions at this Walgreens ever again.

Pharmacist was very abrasive to me and spoke to her techs rude and trying to belittle them. One of them was a new hire and I can't see her there much longer with a rude Pharmacist/boss. 3/4/2023 5ishpm.

if I could I would give 0 stars for the pharmacy part. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST like I do not know how they still have their jobs. What makes you think when I get a new prescription sent in and it is for a DIFFERENT and lower mg that I would want the one from the previous month that's the higher mg. I'm trying to get off this medication and it has horrible withdrawals already but as long as they keep getting their 75$ they don't give a flying f***! They never offer any resolution and her lame ass excuse of well it was auto refill no b**** if you see another one come in on my account make a f effort to notice when i pull up to pick up my shit. And then if it's past their 7 day window they sure as hell don't gaf and then this pharmacist had the audacity to say well I can fill the lower mg and I said well what's the cost ANOTHER 75$ like gtfo of here. ALSO this is NOT the first time I have had 3 different situations of complete BS in just 2023 where they also don't run your prescriptions through your insurance and charge full price so they also got 300$ for one thing out of me too! They are a going through the motions ass pharmacy and have no sense of customer care. I will be switching to CVS or even a different Walgreens cause I sure as hell never had these issues with my ftworth Walgreens.

If I could give negative stars I would! This is the WORST pharmacy!!! More than one occasion I get a text FROM WALGREENS saying my prescription is ready. Wait in line AN HOUR to be seen to be told "it's not ready"....what the actual fuck. How is this place still running this poorly?

Slowest pharmacy ever. We will be changing to CVS because there are always long, slow moving lines inside and at the drive through. No real communication. They need better staffing or to change their processes to be more efficient in serving customers.

I showed up at 9:40pm trying to quickly print out some photos. It unexpectedly took me a bit longer than planned. Even though I checked out at about 10:10pm, both employees were super patient and kindly helped me get my order taken care of. Love this CVS!

This pharmacy and staff is THE ABSOLUTE WORSE by far. Called to see if son prescription was ready via phone. Was informed yes. When I arrive its not in. Inform me three days it will be in. Called three days not in. Then informed following two more days. Stated was going to call me back. That never happened. This went on for literally almost 2 1/2 weeks. They kept informing me the medication was out every where. Decided to call CVS. My surprise they had it. Was able to pick it up same day. Moved all prescription for my entire family to CVS! Please do not go here.

This pharmacy is the absolute WORST!!! There is always a line inside and at the drive through. Super slow. The wait is never less than an hour. And that's hours after the doctor has called in the prescription. Even if your prescription is ready, be prepared to wait a very LONG TIME!. They never get extra help when it gets like this. Even when there is extra staff in the front

This pharmacy is the slowest I have ever seen - no respect for the customer - today I thought I would get there before they open and be first in line - open at 8:00 but no one comes to window - joke

I think the main problem with the pharmacy is that it's seriously understaffed during peak hours. Most times there's only one tech handling both the drive-thru and inside counter. The other tech is usually busy helping out the pharmacist, who seems to be busy all the time. Even so, the staff always is so nice and courteous to the customers and takes time to answer their questions thoroughly. I hope the management corrects the situation soon.

The pharmacy is super slow. We waited for over an hournfor our prescription. There were only five people in front of us in line. There was on person working the inside line and one on the outside line. There was also a pharmacist. This is ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy. Waited in line for an hour after being told my prescription would be ready just to find out it wasn't ready. There's always a line of cars and people inside
