I LOVE this salon they always take really good care of me and my mother and are extremely welcoming and always make sure you like your nails and over all pamper you so well. I recommend Ken ever time you get a manicure he does AMAZING designs and is so friendly. Bests salon I have ever been to and you should go to.

I first want to say we walked in like 10 minutes before they closed and they were able to take us thank goodness! The service was so relaxing we got two pedicures! We had D and she was the sweetest! I just found my new salon!

So, after about a year I decided to give them a try again. The nails are still too thin, I noticed that the person was rushing because she dipped my left hand more than my right hand which resulted in all my nails on the right hand to pop off. On top of that, I don’t appreciate being charged for having short nails with no particular shape ($30). I don’t recommend, they don’t care about quality.Service: Dip powder

Twee is amazing! She always takes her time and never does a bad job. My daughter and I have been going there well over a year. Katie is so sweet and so easy to work with. They both don't disappoint! Went in on a very slow day, there was one other person in the business. I wanted a basic manicure. I asked repeatedly for short almond shaped nails, the technician kept my nails long and rounded them. The shape on one hand is extremely inconsistent. She also left me at a fan when there was clearly space at the drying light. You can also clearly see that the top coat on several nails isn't distributed evenly, or even over the whole nail. I wish I could be refunded that hour of my life back.

Just moved to Mansfield and I’m searching for my new go-to nail salon, and VIP definitely won’t be it.$42 for an average pedicure, they cut my square nails very round without even asking. Felt rushed once a crowd came in and they switched girls on me.. Also wanted a simple, no polish mani. Cost $18 and she rushed through that too, only took maybe 10 minutes. Their prices online aren’t accurate, and for the price I paid it’s definitely not worth it.

I make a SPECIAL trip to VIP for Ken. He is the BEST at pedicures. Darit and Ken gave me a VIP customer name so everyone that works there knows me by my VIP customer name. Ken gives me the “exceptional” service so there is no reason to get my pedicures anywhere else. Thank you Ken for giving me EXCELLENT service for over 6 years.
