Needed a passport type picture for visa (pics only good for 6 months). Went to Walgreens aound 9:30am before they got very busy. I was able to find someone quickly, they came right over to the photo area and took my pic. I shopped for a few minutes (I did have a little list) and the staff member found me and handed me the pic. I made my way to the checkout area where the cashier efficiently swiped the few items plus the pic in its little cardboard case. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The store was clean and all was well organized; the outdoor temp had already crept to high 80s yet it was as cool as a cucumber in the store.

I went to have a prescription filled for my daughter that her insurance does not cover, but I had a discount coupon to bring down the price. The first time I had the prescription filled it took them a while to figure out how to add the coupon, but I gave them some grace. This time when I went back in they could not figure out how to add the coupon. I told her there was a number listed on the coupon to call if the pharmacy had difficulty. She told me to call my insurance company because she didn't know what the problem was. I left and went back today with a QR code for them to scan hoping that it would make it easier. When I got there, I was told that the prescription was out of stock and they would need to order it. I told the man that the prescription was filled yesterday because I was there to pick it up but they had a problem adding the coupon. He said, "I can only go by what is in the computer." He said they would fill it and call me when it was ready. I told him don't worry about it and not to fill it because, in my mind, I knew I had no plans of returning. Guess what? It's in the process of being filled. But, guess what else? I still have no plans of returning. I'm in the process of having her prescriptions transferred. It's nice to be nice. And, they are not.

Don't bother scheduling a flu shot. They will forget about you and then still make you wait. 50 minutes from my appointment time before getting it

We waited for over 90 minutes for someone from the Pharmacy to see if a prescription was ready. Was transferred back to the front so many times it was like a bad comedy.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst I've ever been to. Takes days to fill prescriptions, you stand in line for 45 minutes only to be told that it's still processing...it was called in at 9:00 am it is now 6:30 pm. Not to mention that if you call you will sit on hold indefinitely because there's so many callers ahead of you but magically the hour I've been sitting in line and then sitting waiting on them to fill the prescription that's been processing all day.... The phones haven't rang once. Understaffed and what staff they do have isn't properly trained. Worst pharmacy ever!!!!!

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. This is now the second time I've been here to pick meds and not get everything I was prescribed!! This is the second time a huge line of people both in drive thru and in store have amassed because the pharmacy employees don't know how to do their jobs. DO NOT EVER GET YOUR MEDS FILLED HERE.

I'm from Ohio and used this establishment during my visit to Texas. On 1/25 @ 4:04 p.m: there were 7 people in line at one register and the manager did not offer to take anyone with 2 or less item to check out in Photo where he was. I'm surprised because 7 is usually the number to open another register. I needed the 2 items I had so I waited - patiently.

Worst pharmacy ever. Maybe if enough people complain they will do something about it. Tried to leave a half star.

This Walgreens is pathetic. Shelves are half empty. While I'm checking out I am approached by "penny" (the cashier) after I have waited in the front to check out. she calls me rude because I was talking to someone else then stats slamming stuff and demanding my name was Peggy. The manager isn't any better. Penny should not be allowed around people with that attitude and demeanor. But I see this store isn't new to the horrible customer service complains.

I was shopping for some Olay cream. I found it online for $19.99 and 1/2 off second. They had the option to ship to the store for free or buy online. I saw they had to at the store so I decided to just go pick it up. I arrived at the Walgreens on Walnut just for them to tell me they don't match online prices. WTH?!? Is this the only store in the city that doesn't? But yet you can have it shipped there for free? Crazy! A friend told me I shouldn't go to that one. To only go to the one on Broad. Their customer service is superb. Next time I'll listen.

I get all of my prescriptions filled here. Only hassle I ever have is when my doctors office screws something up and the staff here always gets it squared away for me. As far as the Asian female pharmacist complaints previously discussed, hell ya! Rock it out lady and get those scripts out and keep your folks moving. Last time I was in there she was giving them the business and I was like hell ya, get moving slackers. Some of the techs here have helped me out immensely and were on it. I think they are a very busy pharmacy and they are doing the best they can. They have never screwed anything up on my stuff, only fixed other's mistakes for me. I will keep going here.

The pharmacy never has their stuff together. There's always a long wait time in the drive-through, a long wait time inside for the pharmacy, and they never have anything in stock. They told me that one of my prescriptions was going to be ready by a certain time on a certain date, and I came to their store to pick it up only for them to tell me that this particular medication was on back order and they would not know when they would have it in stock. They then suggested that I call other Walgreens in the area to see if they would have my medicine in stock. It seems to me that is the task that they could've handled themselves as well as not have told me that they would have my medication ready for me by a certain time and a certain date. I asked for the pharmacist to suggest me an over the counter way to deal with the mouth pain I was having since I couldn't eat, and the pharmacy technicians would not go get her, only said "Uh, she said there's nothing you can do. You just have to call your doctor." There was no courtesy in their remarks. Shortly after, I went to another pharmacy and they suggested a variety of otc things that I could use, proving to me that the pharmacist either didn't know the answer to my question or that the pharmacy tech didn't bother to ask her. This *was* always my preferred pharmacy because it was closest to my home, but not anymore. There are other pharmacies with better pharmacy team members.

The Asian lady (the one who seems to be in charge) is VERYYYYY rude to her employees. I feel sorry for them. One of the employees had a question and she didn't even look her way and just said "it's there just keep looking for it" in a tone! Super rude. Made me feel uncomfortable. And don't the wait...Dear lord! Get it together. Never coming back. And I hope those employees get in there experience and get the hell out of there. You figure with these reviews something would be fixed but I guess not. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt but nope should of listened to these reviews.
