“We went and seen Toy Story 30th anniversary and sat in the DBox seats. That was my 1st time and it was amazing. Seats wete very comfortable and felt heated. The movement was not to intense and you can control it yourself as well. The only part I did not enjoy is the concession. One girl working was very rude to my mother and over looking her and all she needed was a drink refill. And the lady beside her would just call the nest guest when she could cleary have helped her as well. In the meantime waiting on her I pick up my drink and the lid caved from being and slipped out my hand and splattered all over the floor. I immediately grab napkins so Noone would slip and fall and a real nice kid was out sweeping the lobby and I asked for a mop and he came right away and took care of it and asked if we needed new cups or refills. Super nice kid.Then thanked us for coming to Cinemark and to be safe going home and to have a great night. Now he deserved a raise!! Will definitely be going back. And the A/Cwas working great too so take a blanket or light jacket/ sweater.”

“Our class had a field trip with a picnic at Elmer W. Oliver Nature Park. The tour guides were great. They were very patient and friendly sharing lots of good information with our students. The only issues we had was another group took over the tables where we were supposed to have our picnic. We found tables in another area, but they were not near each other. I was thankful I had wonderful patient parents with me to help. Since we are on a schedule I would like to know how we could have the table reserved in the future at the end of our tour so this does not happen again. Other than the picnic table issue the students had a great time.”
