Awesome little gym! Everything is well placed for it space, the bathroom/shower/locker room has great looking fixtures. And 24 hours? Just what I needed! I haven't had any griefs with this gym yet but everyone minds their business and I've had a great work out there thus far.

This place isn’t like the big chain places.It is SO CLEAN and everyone here is so helpful. They don’t just greet you when you come in the door, they check on you and they feel like family.There’s no bad language or half dressed people (which is important to me) and everyone is very friendly.Would not go anywhere else.

Good place to get a good work out without fighting a crowed place where everyone is standing around looking at themselves in the mirror.
